He was able to find a pair of shoes that he hadn't been able to find anywhere else.... also, side note, they actually have a good selection of shoes in the $60 - $75 range. He also shopped some of the sale shirts and found a BOGO deal. Checkout was smooth and they even had $25 off next purchase (I think of $75) that we could use next time (In store only). Overall good experience, not necessarily my favorite brand, but it was a nice store and if you like the brand you should check them out.

I called corporate and they weren't able to locate them anywhere near California. I called the store in Nashua, NH where Roger offered to overnight a new pair to me on his own dime to make sure the shoes arrived in time for our wedding. He text me the tracking number and confirmed one it had been delivered! Couldn't have been more thankful and hopefully his bosses see this post and give this man a raise and a customer service award. I run a steel service center in San Diego, Ca. which we get business because of our customer service and Roger did what I would expect from my managers to make sure the customer is taken care of! Town Hall Shoe Repair took my much-loved 15 yr old penny loafers and made them new again: I love…read morethese shoes, it takes at least 8 years to break them in just right, and at 15 years old they felt "just right" BUT they looked awful. At the bare minimum, they needed new heels but I decided to go big time (since I don't want to wait a decade to break in a new pair) and had them thoroughly cleaned and conditioned. No matter how many times I hear it, I never think to condition leather shoes until they look awful and are cracking (or about to do so). Don't make my mistake if you love your shoes (or leather bag)! A few days later, I picked up my shoes and they look brand-new (without the long break-in time); for about 60% less than the cost of a new pair, I just gained another 10+ years of life from my shoes. Great little place on Main St, definitely go in with you you need repaired!
