I put in my application that I was only looking for part-time/seasonal employment, and received an offer for an in-person interview. I took time out of my day to drive to the location and go into the store just to talk with--not even a manager--an employee who, talking to her manager over the radio, let me know that they would not in fact see me for my interview and that they were only looking for full-time employees, despite the website and advertising suggesting they were also looking for part-timers. The lack of professionalism and communication shocked me and I'm very dissatisfied with how Nordstrom Rack handled the situation.

There was no price listed on the box or nearby counter. There are apparently no longer price checker machines in the store. I couldn't find an employee to ask so I went into the onsite Sephora and the clerk kindly scanned it for me. When in line at the Kohls checkout, I presented the 30% off coupon Kohls had mailed me plus an email they sent with the same info. The sympathetic clerk explained that the sneakers were exempt from the discount. No reason was given. I ended up "Saving" $5.00...from a modest unlisted sale price. I left Kohls pleased with my new sneakers but feeling tricked by deceptive coupon offers.
