The cost associated from Podiatrist support was around $800 and I was told I could get it adjusted. Second adjustment (regrading) still nothing. Couldn't get it done again. No other Dr would touch it. I went to Good Feet about 4 months ago , PAIN GONE in 3 weeks. I HAVE LIFETIME REPLACEMENTS from from these guys. The Podiatrist support needed to be replaced in 2 years and I would be charged all over again. My experience could not be more different than some of the squeakers on here. THANK YOU GOOD FEET you stopped the pain and the leaky money faucet.

He's not computer savvy so I'm writing on his behalf, He is of a generation where business' were more honest. This was not his experience at The Good Foot Store. He was charged nearly $3,000.000 for three inserts. He followed the instructions. Alternating for each situation for the recommended period of time. He was walking with them for a couple months, in immense pain he struggled through to get the "adjustment" period over with. After completing the recommended duration, his feet were swollen, he had to go to the hospital and get narcotic pain medication. Then followed up with a trusted podiatrist. The doctor mentioned how he's consulted with quite a few patients who purchased products from The Good Foot Store. He said they are scam artists, and called them S.O.S.'s....meaning snake oil salesman. He mentioned how these inserts only cause more damage based on junk science. He noticed especially in elderly patients that their foot conditions only worsened by The Good Feet Store. I was shocked how passionate about the disgust he had for this business. Especially at that price. He noted that there's a reason why this scam doesn't give an option for insurance to cover it. They're frauds. They prey on the elderly. They use slang like "customized" to make you think they're selling legitimate products. When really it's all premade and in a box in the back. Now my uncle is bed bound. I wish he got some affordable inserts before this abomination of a company stole his fixed income and destroyed his walking ability. I feel so badly. Even young people have been targeted and harmed by the products. This place needs to be shut down.

I just walked out after 5 min of building rage rather than react. The guy I was overlooked for was in faded pink head to toe, new hat and all. She completely complimented his outfit too,,so this chick remembers the customer. I was in jeans, and a dark coral bull shirt needing a hat for my messy mop of hair. I frequented this store 1/4 mile or less from home and one in Lawrence . I'll Never ever return to that location again. Perhaps the store in general. Either that or I buy pants and have them tailored. So when I went to Lucky at the Natick Mall (er, Collection), it was mostly to see what style and size would fit me so I could go buy stuff online. HOWEVER, at the Natick store they had a full array of "short" sizes (in general the shop seemed pretty spacious and packed to the gills with clothing). That totally made my day. Plus our saleswoman was beyond attentive and brought me no less than -20- different styles of jeans to try on. I didn't even know 20 different styles of jeans existed, but I guess they do. All in all, I was blown away with the range of waist fittings, lengths, colors, different types of leg fittings, everything was just really impressive and the salesperson was able to look me up and down to determine what style would best fit me and compliment my body type. I generally veer away from pricier stores where the sales people actually care about your shopping experience (like, seriously, I think it would be completely possible to start a fire in the corner of Old Navy and no one would notice) so maybe my praise for our saleswoman is a little excessive since I don't spend my time shopping at places like Barney's. The staff here is pretty friendly, and when I was searching for a nice, affordable pair of sky-high heels, the employee who helped me make a decision was so friendly. She struck up a conversation with me; something you don't usually find with employees at a store! She also talked me into buying some non-slip soles for my heels, which ended up being a LIFESAVER. They always have deals going on, so if you can't afford some of their more pricey pairs, you can usually find a good discount on shoes for under $60.
