The bad part: The sports jacket had to be ordered in my size. It arrived yesterday, not in a box, but stuffed directly into a small plastic envelope.a I took everything back to the store and opened the package there. The jacket was not my size, although a paper tag had been attached to the sleeve contradicting the interior label. It also looked like someone had stepped on it. I learned that the jacket is not (or no longer) in stock in my size. I returned everything, down to the socks. Good part: The return was handled graciously, down to the alterations fee. Bad part: I've wasted almost four hours (I live half-an-hour from the store); I have to start over again; and who knows if I can find anything as nice again? I frankly can't get over order fulfillment deliberately mislabeling clothing that they knew wouldn't fit, and abusing a beautiful garment to save perhaps two dollars on shipping and packaging. Thank you to the staff who helped me, but regretfully I won't be back.

The beauty counters were attractively set up and there was plenty of help on the sales floor. I went over to the Lancome counter since I was getting low on some of the products that I usually buy from that company. Then I went to the Market Street location in Lynnfield to get a work sweatshirt for my husband and a salesperson, who I think was also manager named Anthony helped me. I never write reviews, but he was really fantastic and deserves a shoutout! First, the way he was dressed was so fashionable and cool. And he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I haven't ever associated Carhartt with being anything else but workman kind of clothing, but after Anthony helped me find an item for my husband, he sucked me right in and showed me clothing that would work for me! He put together a few cute outfits and demonstrated how to make them stylish. The best part is they are super comfortable. I ended up spending way more than I intended, but the clothing is very well made and I think will be long-lasting. Anthony told me the process of how they make everything and it was really impressive, also the quality is obvious. I know this from my husband, that's why he wears it for work, but I never thought I would wear the clothing as part of my daily outfits and I am grateful for Anthony's assistance. It is difficult in today's shopping world to go into stores and actually have a person who looks great, is articulate, and can truly help. It is also a super nice store! They assisted with finding the right use shorts and jeans for me and even pulled some from the back closet because my specific size was not displayed. When I came to check out they informed me of various discounts that were available due to the items and amount of clothes I was purchasing. Due to all he discounts I was able to save over $35, which was unbelievable and made me very excited. Overall it was great customer service here and I walked out a happy camper. I would highly recommend visiting this Gap in Burlington Mall.
