The attendees are a diverse, friendly bunch. The beginner level classes are doable for out of shape people like me (and 20-somethings alike). Instructors are super kind and encouraging. The studio is a huge gorgeous room with windows all around, a giant fireplace, wood beams/walls in a mansion beside a lake. In the summer, classes can be held on the long porch. I've seen amazing sunsets, snowfall, deer, eagle, foxes etc. It's something very special versus the cramped box-shape rooms of most yoga studios. There are classes for beginners, all levels and strong flow as well as specialty classes, retreats and pop up trainings. If you are just beginning your yoga journey or well down the road this is a wonderful place to practice.

No two classes are the same…read more My only gripe is that it often fills up (esp on the weekends) which can make it really uncomfortable since you are only 1-2 feet away from the person next to you and then more late people come in and you start to think oh boy.... I highly recommend getting there early for a weekend class. Weekday classes will offer you more space, but don't get there late, otherwise you may end up being on their live stream for people following the class from home. It's a great workout, and the heated room is amazing for sweating all the toxins out of your body. They offer monthly specials periodically.

All beautiful Goddesses! The Zen Buddha with Mona was lovely. I definitely recommend taking a class at either one of their locations. The vibes are everything! We even got a tarot card at the end with a massage of essential oils at the Salem spot. They have super cute merch too!! When I come back to the east coast, I will def take more classes. The smell is so bad. I took a class a few weeks ago and you can smell the mildew in the building…read morebefore you even get in. The room is carpeted and given the sweat and humidity in a hot yoga studio, it's no wonder. I was completely distracted by the smell the entire class. Also, the instructor kicked someone out of the class because they giggled. She said she kicked them out because he was disruptive. I never even heard him. What was disruptive was the instructor kicking him out and then continuing to talk about it the rest of the class.
