Great store... great staff... great clothing ... great veteran discounts!! Thanks Carhartt!

I have seen Carhartt clothing at other stores like Dick's Sports, but since no one is there to help with anything, I never bought it. Then I went to the Market Street location in Lynnfield to get a work sweatshirt for my husband and a salesperson, who I think was also manager named Anthony helped me. I never write reviews, but he was really fantastic and deserves a shoutout! First, the way he was dressed was so fashionable and cool. And he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I haven't ever associated Carhartt with being anything else but workman kind of clothing, but after Anthony helped me find an item for my husband, he sucked me right in and showed me clothing that would work for me! He put together a few cute outfits and demonstrated how to make them stylish. The best part is they are super comfortable. I ended up spending way more than I intended, but the clothing is very well made and I think will be long-lasting. Anthony told me the process of how they make everything and it was really impressive, also the quality is obvious. I know this from my husband, that's why he wears it for work, but I never thought I would wear the clothing as part of my daily outfits and I am grateful for Anthony's assistance. It is difficult in today's shopping world to go into stores and actually have a person who looks great, is articulate, and can truly help. It is also a super nice store! This was a good store, but now they only sell yuppie clothes. No working gear here, no Hi vis other than a couple jackets. Please have a better selection for the working people. " we offer 15% off to union members " To bad you can't get anything like high vis to keep you safe. But if you want to a BBQ colored shirt they have that. What a joke read more

I took a trip here with a few buddies from work and loved this store. The selection of items were great. The staff was very knowledgable and honest. They told us that we got 15% off by working with our company.. we grabbed a few items and had a good time doing it....rocked the long johns this week and man what a world Of difference did it make! read more

My how things changed in a few months. This place is approximately 30 minutes from my home and I look forward to coming to market st shops having lunch and making a day of it shopping. After having a great lunch we went down the plaza to s place that I used to look forward to going to so much it was my first shopping trip for the day. This shop is beautiful with all kinds of products you don't find in stores that carry the Carhartt brand. Unfortunately the staff can't figure out that when you get greeted with in seconds of walking in the door "no problem there" and you say nothing just wanted to look around 30 seconds later as soon as I touch a 20 dollar t shirt you won't leave me alone. No worries I signaled across the room to my wife that we are done and said we are out . I'm assuming there was a manager there who saw this but I might be wrong. I went out a few different shops and angry shopped if that's a thing. I went in and if they were half way decent to us I bought something. Unfortunately for me yes every other store was great except the only one I wanted to go to . So in reality I spent hundreds of dollars on sneakers ect Just to buy something. I had my mind made up to buy something to bad it wasn't where I wanted to. Your loss everyone else's gains. read more

The wait was incredibly long just to purchase one coat and one hat.. the clothes are decent and pretty nice quality but damn it took long to check out. Some people have places to be and can't just spend their whole day waiting around at Carhartt. I had high expectations going into the store and now I know that those expectations were definitely way too high. Don't recommend. read more

I recently went to the Lynnfield location and, having worn Carhartt for many years, found the staff knowledgeable, honest, and just plain nice. I was helped by Sarah and Mike, both of whom know the product and also directed me to a pair of pants that better met my needs as an animal trainer. The store is well laid out and very clean. Highly recommend shopping at this location-the folks that work there do not oversell and know what clothes would work best based on the line of work you're in. read more

Just another all around great shopping experience at this store, especially for being Christmas eve. Figured I'd pop in to see what sort of last minute sales I'd consider and wasn't at all surprised to find the store filled with people and the store in great shape. Items were folded, hung up and not just littered on various piles. The size Rigby's I was looking for weren't currently in the store so the manager chose to offer to order them online for me and the store would pick up the shipping cost. Always appreciate the great effort put forth by your entire team! read more

First I've always favored this location over the others. Mainly due to the excellent customer service. This time a wonderful and well educated and kind employee named Sam, has spent quality time with me so I could find the right work boots I've been searching for. I'm very pleased with how I was treated. She knew the products, she understood my needs and again very patient. We left with a positive vibe and are very pleased with the great care she gave us. There was also another employee there but unfortunately I didn't catch his name. How ever he was also kind and just overall a great person. Thank you again Sam for everything. read more
