An absolutely awesome store with a massive selection of gear, collectibles, military surplus, tactical equipment, novelty items, and so much more. The layout is spacious, making it easy to browse, and there's truly something for everyone--from serious gearheads to casual shoppers looking for something cool or unique. The variety and size of this location are impressive. It's one of those rare places you could spend an hour in without realizing it. Every visit feels like a mini treasure hunt. The staff is friendly, and everything is well-organized despite the volume of inventory. Honestly, I wish there were more of these stores scattered throughout southern Massachusetts. Would be 10 out of 5 stars if was possible. I stopped in their Salem location by accident (while attending Halloween festivities) only to find out that location was closing down and was informed everything was moving to this location. So glad I was. Being USAF, I've been in many Army/Navy stores (the Salem location had more than what I've found in other places). This is well stocked, correction; VERY well stocked. (Wish I got pictures) The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all in the store and some not in the store. I felt like I was with best friends and not sales people. The guy who was at the Airsoft counter was by far the best employee (I forgot his name, think it was Antonio or something starting with an A) from my perspective. He answered every question and then some, not just from me but others as well. I made friends with other customers as well. Would have applied on the spot if I lived in that neck of the woods instead of Niagara Falls NY. Never did I feel rushed or that I was a burden on the staff (was there for 2.5 hours when I intended to be 30 min tops). They even allowed me to bring my equipment in so that I could find better accessories for what I had in addition to helping me to pick out a new CM16 LMG (I've named it "Belty") and everything needed to run right out of the box. There was zero pressure to buy (which when you're spending hundreds of dollars is a nice change of pace. (there was also one airsoft gun on the very top need a ladder to reach rack that we (staff myself and another USAF veteran customer) nicknamed "Lovechild" that we thought had a grenade launcher before we realized that it was a spot to put gas). This is the kind of place that I'd love to work at even if on a volunteer basis. It's not a store but more like a family that also sells things. 10000% will shop there if ever I am in the area. I will ensure to plan any trip to include a stop at this store. I read all the other yelps about this place and any negative one is definitely not the issue with the store or staff. Don't show up just before the store closes and expect to keep staff to your schedule. Don't go in with your political beliefs (Ukrainian flags vs Russian flags or Confederate flags vs Union flags) and expect others to have the same beliefs as that's bigoted (fly the flag you want let others do the same, in other words: you do you, I'll do me & stop being offended by everything). This is true with life, not just shopping. read more

Earlier today I bought a few items, including a pair of gloves. As I was leaving, the doorway security system beeped, and I stepped back into the store. The store clerk, Friday, said I was fine, that it was just a security strip in one of the boxes, and waved me on out. An hour later back home, it turns out that she had overlooked a magnetic security tag, the type that ruins your clothing if you try to remove it yourself. So I drove the 12 miles back to the store to have Friday remove it. So far so good. But then I asked to be compensated for my troubles - the 25 mile round-trip for starters came to mind. I suggested another pair of the same $20 gloves for half off, which seemed fair to me all things considered. I was basically laughed out of the store. She didn't even bother contacting the manager. I left feeling VERY taken advantage of. Hell will freeze over before I visit this particular location again. read more

They refused me service with my medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. Not only that but I'm fully vaccinated Any veterans I would urge you to shop elsewhere they are NOT veteran friendly. Have reported the clerks to Americans with Disabilities for rude service and discrimination towards my illness. I hope they get fined. read more

Army barracks was open for free curbside pickup. I decided to see if they had the ocp hat I wanted. I checked online and they did. I called to inquire about the curbside pickup and the gentleman said they're open but about to close early. He asked his boss if they could wait a few minutes. She said yes . When I got there I immediately got the hat. Then as I was picking a patch, I heard her on the phone saying "yeah it wasn't busy today so we were gonna close but SOMEONE had to get a hat and patch.," she said it in such a nasty manner. I bought my stuff and in total I was there five minutes. As I was leaving, karma came to see her. Someone came in to look around if you say you're open until a certain time, then stay until then. And a little bit of manners goes a long way. read more

This is in an isolated part of Route One going North, a stand alone establishment. It's not large by any standard but it's a great place to shop for military supplies and other assorted items. Being a prior military veteran, I love shopping here. They have a plethora of amazing stuff here, used items as well as new (clothing, shoes/boots and a lot of other things. The majority of the store is clothing which is located in the center of the establishment and the corners are full of nick knacks like patches, flags, and other things you can put on cars, homes and other things. The staff is very friendly and always seem to have a smile on their faces. If anything, they're TOO helpful because the same person would ask me if I needed assistance numerous times but hey.. at least they care right? I love all the patches, little button pins, stickers and flags they have for all the different branches. I can customize my bookbags anyway I want with them. And the decals they sell there for cars are the best. It's also located in a private parking lot because it's a standalone store and usually there's not a rush of people there so you will not have an issue with getting a spot. There's also a cool vintage motorecycle (world war 2 era?) on display in the store.. it's cool. read more

First off, when I walked into the door into the airsoft area I was met with a kind and EXTREMELY smart airsoft specialist. He helped me with my airsoft rifle and told me tips and tricks and good fields to play on. If you need help with airsoft this is the place to go definitely. read more

I wear my dad's dog tags out of respect for him after he passed away. So I went there to have dog tags made for my students as an end of the year gift. The staff there are super helpful. If you are looking for any military or survival gear they have it or they can get it. Worth a look for sure. read more

This store is the number one place I go to if I ever need anything. As soon as you walk in you're greeted in a nice friendly way by the ladies. Located on the NORTHBOUND side of RT 1 in Saugus, this is a must-stop location if you are looking for anything involving your tactical needs. They carry all the best brands of BDUs (Including 5.11) and all the best work/casual brands too (carhartt, dickies, etc). A huge selection if gloves, hats, packs, and gear - including a massive display case of pocket knives and multi tools. Helpful staff, plenty of parking, my experience there was excellent and I hope to go back soon. Five stars! read more

Oh hell yeah! This is as perfect as this kind of store can get (seconded for Salem, NH) . I could easily spend hours just roaming around the aisles which has just about any kind of military and survival related items that you can imagine and beyond. The store is awesome it self first time here. However the store manager (Lady With short brown hair) is the most rude n disrespectful person I had ever encountered. I called and asked what time they closed and the gentlemen told me 8 and if I made it in the store before they closed he would let me shop for what I was looking for, I made it at 7:50 and was only looking for a pair of rubber gloves, a sports fleece to cover my face and a xl snow prof pants. As soon as it hit 8:01 she starts harassing me and another gentlemen's in the store about how she's wanted us to pay now or leave the store; no lie the other gentleman had like 8-10 items in his had. I had Explain to her that the gentlemen that works here told me I could look around for my extra large snow proof pants and she said it doesn't matter I'm the manager and I want to go home. This place doesn't hold a candle to Kenmore Army Navy in Downtown Boston. It's full of unusable surplus items that I can never find in my size. The selection is minimal and the shoe department was almost non-existent. The Kenmore army navy store in downtown Boston has a much better selection and is more conveniently located. Unless you're looking for worn down used combat boots don't bother! read more
