A big, thoughtfully decorated window invites one in where you will find a divine collection of childrens' clothing, accessories, books, toys and other items bound to delight any youngster. The selection is good without being overwhelming and while more pricey than, say, Walmart or similar stores, I think you get excellent value for what you are getting. Some of the lines they carry come from England and are just adorable. And it isn't just for girls - I have got things for my now almost 2 year old nephew which were original and charming. In the back by the check out area, there is a display of some lovely jewelry, bags, and other pretty things for Mom or Grandma too. Or in my case, Auntie! I got two beautiful necklaces and some earrings on my first visit. The owner and her mother run it together and both are just delightful. I've had some excellent conversations there while checking out. Young mothers with babies are often to be found there and it is a warm and welcoming place. They often have sales and weather permitting a table of interesting items outside. Whether you are shopping for a new baby or a five year old, you will find something here that is unique, well made and just what you didn't know you were looking for. Check it out! The fabulous display continues throughout the store, creating a very enjoyable shopping experience. The selection of clothing, books and toys are well curated for ages ranging newborn to small children. I had a lovely chat with the owner who was both friendly and helpful with my shopping needs. She let me know about a clothing sale they were having and provided fun facts about the books I was browsing. (Local authors sold here) I was pleased to see good Spanish book options, and ended up purchasing one as a gift. Many of the items here seemed to be "earth friendly", made with good materials at a reasonable price. I will be back to shop for gifts in the future!

The person (Sabrina) on the express register ran my card and it said approved. Then she said it didn't go through and she would have to run it again. She did and then I checked my online banking and saw that it did actually go through twice. I asked her to refund the double charge and she said she couldn't. So I asked for a manager and got Courtney. She had no idea what to do. She called someone to ask what to do and then tried to find the transaction in their system. She couldn't. She disappeared in the back room for awhile while I waited with 4 KIDS! Long story short, I was in there for almost an hour while Courtney tried to figure it out. Meanwhile, I watched other customers have issues, not be given receipts, and the staff was overwhelmed and confused. I asked for the number for the general manager and Courtney had no idea where to find it. She disappeared for another 20 minutes before I had to go find her. She said she thought Cam was getting it. Terrible customer service and badly managed store! I am waiting for a call back from the general manager.
