I ordered two items online. Upon arrival, the items were not as described. I decided to return them to the nearest store (Burlington, MA). I was told I could not get my money back because I paid with a gift card. They offered to ship the merchandise to the warehouse the next day and I would get a gift card electronically. Seemed fine. So much for free and easy returns. Five weeks later and multiple calls to the idiotic customer service department has yielded no refund. I kept waiting for my merchandise credit to magically show up in five days in my inbox. I come to find out my merchandise is not at the warehouse and the store has no clue where it went. I happened to be walking by the store while on an errand and stopped by to see if the matter could be resolved. Customer service actually asked me to go to the store and talk to the sales associate. This is a huge inconvenience and I should not be doing this. I spoke to Lindsay in the store and she seemed to understand and even asked if I wanted a cash refund given the circumstances. I said yes and she promised to get to the bottom of the situation. Also, she said I would be compensated for my aggravation. Ten minutes later (after I left) she offers me a gift card for the return and promptly forgets what we discussed. I thought she couldn't do a return in store??? Keywords being I requested cash and compensation for aggravation, but she said she would mention to her supervisor. My issue has now been escalated to the District Manager. Unresolved as I write this. They obviously don't know how to offer a reasonable and amicable solution. Fair warning ladies. Don't shop here. The service and rules are horrible. If you need a Kate Spade item, buy it from a department store that has a better and more organized return policy. I will NEVER return after this is over.

A fraudulent charge of $130 was made on my newly opened card 9 days later, mind you before I could receive my physical plastic card. The only person who knew the card numbers was this manager who pressured me into opening the TJX card. I was beyond livid to find someone stealing from me. So be careful about this store.

The shoe area usually has stuff for us larger footed folks, but the pickings sometimes get slim. Luckily, the hoards of sweaters are always a welcome distraction. The home section constantly gets new merchandise and is a great place to shop for gifts. You can't predict what you'll find, which can be frustrating, but you'll always find an assortment of kitchen tools, candles, throws, and picture frames for sure.

Again she let the lady who kept trying to cut ahead of us go without her hanging her items but I guess this employee didn't feel like treating us with the same respect. Ridiculous to not only be this rude but also discriminate customers in this manner. I used to love going to this Marshalls so it's a shame this employee's behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I love that it has a lot of space and great presentation. There were a lot of unique items that i normally will not find for fashions... Defintely liking all the color!! Stuff for me and my mom and all generations! Second, the employees greeted nicely with a hello and were very helpful and friendly. The lady name honey was especially personable and very knowledgable.
