The only areas of improvement are the dressing rooms - they could be wider or at least a better curtain. And also the checkout speed. The clearance section is always stocked. Can't say enough nice things.

She directed to the Men's Suit Department and initially help me by measuring me as I have not purchased a suit in a while. She guided me with several selections within my price range. She then selected several shirts and ties that matched the individual suits still unsure she continued to present different combination of shirts and ties. After nearly 30 minutes I finally decided on the suit and tie that she skillfully put together. Needless to say, she was very PROFESSIONAL and PATIENCE. I will definitely return to your store for future purchases. 5 out of 5 star.

I would have originally rated this as three stars. It's a good place to get your socks, boxers,…read moresweats, Red Sox gear and casual shirts. Decent prices. BUT fucked up marketing. they have coupons available in the Sunday paper for 25% off one item. HELLO! Customers will only buy one item then. Bob, you will still make a profit if you give 25% off more than 1 item. Here's for the really fucked up part. I was driving the other day and heard an ad on the radio that Bob's had a post Christmas sale. The ad said coupons were available online, in the paper, or in-store. I get there and pick up a Welker shirt and asked the cashier, who was also the manager, for a coupon. She had no idea what I was talking about. I explained the ad and she still didn't know about it. Then an employee overheard the conversation and said that she heard the same ad. I was very reluctantly given the discount. I then wrote an email to the company regarding the ad and that the communication to the locations needs improvement. Days later I received a useless response: You can find coupons at http://www.bobstores.com.

Furthermore, I've always received highly knowledgeable, precise service. For example, one shirt I wanted to purchase was full cut and they advised me not to buy the item because the fit wasn't right. Few shops today are so high integrity, most prefer the quick sale. The prices are not that high when you factor in the quality of the items and the expected number of uses: the value proposition shouldn't be compared against fast fashion.

So normally, I shop online, but 5.11 has opened retail locations antionwide. On this recent trip I needed a light jacket since I did not realize the weather was going to be a bit too cool for my Florida blood. I happened to run across this location on my travels and decided to make a quick stop. Store layout is like most with everything sorted by type of product and gender so it made it easy for me to find what I was looking for. Since it isn't fall or winter yet the selection was a little lighter, but that was to be expected. Found what I wanted within 10 minutes, was able to test fit the jacket and was happy with it. The only thing I have to ding the retail store for is that they do not accept or honor online coupons or deals, which is not consumer friendly. If I wasn't prepped for time I would have purchased this online. Either way, I was happy with the experience. As a side note, if you need a potty break, no public restrooms here! But if you are in need of some tactical style gear or just something comfrotable that will last, this is a great place to shop.
