This is NOT the case here! The employees are willing to help you find whatever it is you're looking for WITHOUT judgement. Of course, the few times that I HAVE asked for advice, they've been super helpful and even tried to find the most affordable option, instead of trying to sell their most expensive product. The last time I was in, I asked for an employee's opinion on choosing between two toning products. She gave me her honest opinion and told me that the cheaper option worked just as well as the more expensive version! That really sealed the deal for me. Overall, I feel like the employees genuinely care about helping the customers find products they need/want. Prices are good as well, especially for some higher end hair products.

She insisted on a lotion, rather than the Accutane saying if the lotion does not work, we will prescribe the accutane. 7 weeks later, I go back to the office to get the accutane prescription as his acne had got worst, and I explained that it was creating anxiety and stress for my son and the family. She said we had to make a new appointment to get the prescription, which obviously was their plan all along so they can charge us another $50 co-payment and invoice a fortune to our insurrance. I would stay away from this scam dermatologist obviously abusing the system.
