His manager came over and asked us if we wanted a bag since it was raining, and we said yes, and he proceeded to scan it again and act as if we were stealing it! I took time out of my day to drive to the location and go into the store just to talk with--not even a manager--an employee who, talking to her manager over the radio, let me know that they would not in fact see me for my interview and that they were only looking for full-time employees, despite the website and advertising suggesting they were also looking for part-timers. The lack of professionalism and communication shocked me and I'm very dissatisfied with how Nordstrom Rack handled the situation.

Having seen the intensity of the December rush, I was impressed by how quickly and seamlessly the team transformed the space. What really sets this store apart, though, is the staff. The associates are consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming. The newer checkout process is handled efficiently, and the line moves quickly. One associate in particular, Lisa, stands out -- she is friendly, efficient, and makes every visit better. This Kohl's clearly benefits from strong leadership and a team that takes pride in their work. It's the kind of store that keeps customers coming back, and I'm happy to count myself among them.

True, but I find myself there at least once a weekend, more often with a list. The cashiers we "know" always say hello and it's nice to be recognized when you spent your cash. Returns are almost absurdly easy (sometimes there is a line) and the Men's clothing has improved. The only issues are, unlike the "old" stores, there is no real people that work in a set department with some cross-training. Language barriers are hard to get past at times. All in all, not the Monster that people like to bag on, I've been going for many years and have zero issues.

When you first walk into the store everything looks nice and neat in the front but as you continue to go through the limited aisles, everything is disorganized. I don't expect any more than that given that all the locations are similar, however, this location is small compared to the other ones like Revere and they don't have alot of inventory. I visited close to closing and made it to the line in the end. There were many announcements made to remind customers that the store was about to close but they only had one person doing cashier for the line. Having some back up would've been awesome. These are situations where leadership should also jump in to help.

Today is May 6. I had a received for both purchases and they are in new condition, just like I bough it. I was refused the return, as they say I return too many items and that is against their policy to accept any more returns from me. As I recall I don't have too many buys there and especially too many returns. But If I knew there's a limit to how many items you could buy or return, I would not go to that store at all. There are no clear postings about it. When I buy something, I ALWAYS ask how many days I have to return, if I have to. They have a 30 days policy in general. Nobody ever says about limited returns. But what is the limit? 2 times, 10 or 50? More? If they have such a policy, it has to be posted clearly in store. Nobody likes such surprises. I need to be able to return items for a full refund. I will file the complaint with the BBB for sure.

There was a large entrance with escalators leading up into the store. This escalator system also has a carriage escalator for going down only which is very convenient for large full carriages. There is also access by elevator. Once entering the store, the grocery section is over to the right. The fruits and vegetables are usually laid out nicely and looks pretty clean. There's also a very small deli where they can slice you. There is a prepackaged meat section. Take your chances. Then many many isles of grocery and food type items. Basically like a huge supermarket. if you go further down to the straight ahead or left, you will enter the regular isles of the store and it would be set up like every Walmart in your town. I have been here numerous times to go to Walmart to get some. That being said I have had many bad experiences with customer service.. It just doesn't seem to exist at this location. Most of the employees on the floor can't even answer a simple question because they don't speak English. The clerks at the register two out of 10 are polite, courteous, and do their job correctly. The customer service area they're just rude and ignorant as were the two managers I spoke with. I actually tried to call corporate one day because one of the managers were so inconsiderate, rude mean and thinking they were some kind of big shot. Never seen a manager act like this. Maybe they shouldn't as managers until they get better people skills. That being said, the pricing is the same as every Walmart in the area. Items usually look fully stocked. Electronics you will never find anyone to help you except people trying to sell your phone service that don't work for Walmart. All be like me and just go there when it is a necessity..
