Please, be aware! They would not let you return, even with the received! Today I was trying to return 2 pairs of shoes that I bought there recently.One was bought in April 24, 25 and another on May 1, 2025. Today is May 6. I had a received for both purchases and they are in new condition, just like I bough it. I was refused the return, as they say I return too many items and that is against their policy to accept any more returns from me. As I recall I don't have too many buys there and especially too many returns. But If I knew there's a limit to how many items you could buy or return, I would not go to that store at all. There are no clear postings about it. When I buy something, I ALWAYS ask how many days I have to return, if I have to. They have a 30 days policy in general. Nobody ever says about limited returns. But what is the limit? 2 times, 10 or 50? More? If they have such a policy, it has to be posted clearly in store. Nobody likes such surprises. I need to be able to return items for a full refund. I will file the complaint with the BBB for sure. read more

Visited this Burlington Coat Factory recently and was able to find some good bargains like - car mats for $10, $8 jeans, $13 workout shoes, $3 bath tub mat and couple of other things. When you first walk into the store everything looks nice and neat in the front but as you continue to go through the limited aisles, everything is disorganized. I don't expect any more than that given that all the locations are similar, however, this location is small compared to the other ones like Revere and they don't have alot of inventory. I visited close to closing and made it to the line in the end. There were many announcements made to remind customers that the store was about to close but they only had one person doing cashier for the line. Having some back up would've been awesome. These are situations where leadership should also jump in to help. read more

The last time we entered this Burlington Coat Factory we didn't mind the shopping experience, but after our most recent shopping trip here we were dissapointed. Here are the reasons; 1. The store is huge but seemingly empty. It looks well organized, but as you come to realize, it's because the selection is limited. 2. The bathrooms here are disgusting. 3. The overhead lights are so incredibly bright that I had a headache within five minutes of being in the store. 4. The cashier I had was polite, but made it a point to complain about the other customers ahead of me who were on the phone. In the end, I will take a messy and crowded Burlington over a stale and empty store any day. At least at the other stores I know that I will be able to find what I am looking for. read more

bargains yes!!!! but customer service or just being pleasant, absolutely NOT!!!!! Esp when Donna is checking you out!!!!! The check out are is a disaster!!! They have a separate "roped" off area for returns and "check outs" and god forbid you go to the wrong spot!!!! You don't want the wrath of Donna! Someone give her a happy pill and some updated lessons in customer service!!!! And PLEASE change that disaster of a check out area!!!!! What happened to the days of first come first serve and manners from the staff? The bargains are great, but at what cost? this place has some serious liminal space. it's huge. but not hustling with people by any means for a very valid reason.

I just love this place! You can find the best deals and they have tons of kids clothing and little suits for boys at such a fantastic price. I also come her for bedding, home decor and any sort of baby gear I need! Its like a one stop shopping trip! Their return policy is much better now, it used to be only store credit, but now its the 30 days w/receipt rule like most other stores :) read more

Very well organized and clean. Employees were pretty slow in the store and at the register. It was like they were uniformly moving in slow motion- very bizarre. The parking lot was huge. The selection and variety in the store was impressive. It's like if TJ Maxx could be organized... it might be this excellent. I went in looking for white t-shirts, of all things. I ended up purchasing a variety of items that were on my list to buy from Target because they were 1/3 the price I was expecting to pay. I was shocked at the deal. read more

I had some time to kill in this neighborhood, so went in to check out this location. The store is extremely large, everything was in order. It's really too bad that they can't put the same care they use in the store inside their restroom! It was disgusting, to say the least! There was also a very unpleasant odor through out the store. I usually go to the clearance section of these shops looking for items that are no longer available in other stores. That was also disappointing. I really like the prices and selection of home decorating products they have there...however, it seems like all the employees are miserable there. I went there today to buy curtains and there were two employees in that department that were arguing like crazy...I brushed that off until I went to the area where the shower curtains are and two more employees were arguing like crazy. Finally when I made it over to the register, the customer infront of me was returning something and was waiting for the person infront of her to finish up. One of the other cashiers offered to help the customer with the return infront of me and the customer said "The woman is almost done I'll just wait here to do my return, thank you though." When the cashier was done the customer said she just has a return. The cashier was very rude and told the customer that she's not supposed to do returns and that was another line but she'll do it this one time. The entire time this customer was doing her return, the cashier just kept laying into her with all these reasons why she doesn't do returns and kept being rude to the customer. There were no signs posted saying "Returns" and the cashier that offered to help the customer infront of me didn't say anything to her about there being a designated line for returns. This store needs an attitude change and some sort of sign that lets people know which line does returns read more

WORST customer service EVER!!!! The prices may be good but the employees are rude and have no people skills. I vowed years back to never shop there again and after searching everywhere for a Christening outfit without any luck, I desperately walked through the dreaded doors thinking...."it cant still be THAT bad"....well, it was and I will never walk through the doors again. So the store closes at 930 so I went up to the cash register to cash out at 920 figuring employees would like to go home asap and the ignorant girl in the front charges me more money for one item and less for the other (SAME EXACT ITEM). I bring it to her attention and I said it is not the dollar difference its just the point, you are charging me more for something than supposed to. I looked at the tag and someone mickeymoused a sale price ticked because the ticked originally said 2x but the 2x was scratch off with a pen and M was written beside it because it was actually a medium, just like the other tshirt just one is grey and one was black, so I point out that it is the wrong tag and that the plus sized shirts were more money, yet again, MINE WERE BOTH MEDIUM. She then tells me that because one is gray and one is black is the reason for the price difference, so again I try to explain the price ticket was not for that sized shirt, it was for a 2x size. She then says I will check the price tags and then starts checking the INCORRECT PRICE TAG SKU # for the"correct price", so I tell her if your checking the sku on the again PLUS SIZE price tag of course it is going to come up as the same price as originally scanned. The whole time I am polite and patient with this girl who was more than rude, I work in customer service but after thinking about the situation on the ride home I wish I was one of those nightmare customers because this girl definitly could make you nuts. So as you can probley assume by now I paid more money for the shirt than I was supposed to because she did not give a damn. I love Burlington Coat Factory but if you employee numbnuts like her, then you deserve all the bad reviews on here. I should have strolled my butt all the way to the other side of the store and searched for a correctly tagged shirt and then held up the whole store another fifteen minutes just to show this girl I am not an idiot as she treated me as if I was one, but you take the good with the bad and the customer service skills she had were beyond bad. I normally give Burlington Coat factory tons of referrals but Im done raving about this place because there was also a woman that worked there standing right beind dingdong listening to the whole conversation was too busy putting clothes on hangers to give a damn, so BCF if you dont care about your customer service I am not recommending this store to my friends and relative, nor my customers at work, so they dont experience being treated like a piece of trash, NO THANKS.
