Maybe I use to my Westchester ny dsw that is loaded with endless options; I didn't function this place with anything I really loved; so I walked out ...bummer. read more

Obviously a lot of options for shoes, however maybe I'm the only broke one around these parts but all of these shoes were so expensive. They used to have this tier on sales % based on color and that doesn't exist anymore. Unfortunately I found nothing to purchase this time around. I wish I brought some shoes to donate for some points on my account. I will next time for sure. There is a parking lot but it can get busy. read more

I stopped in just to make a return, and want to note that Catherine at the register was 5 stars: nice, quick with the return, wished me a good day and thanked me for coming. Everything you would want (but rarely find) in a retail experience! The rest of the store seemed kind of "dark", maybe they need new lighting (and a lot of it)? Being two doors down from Market Basket means that the parking lot is chaotic, so park as close as you can to the exit so you can get in and out without too much aggravation. read more

I visited the DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse in Woburn, MA with my daughter a few days ago. The service from Rosa, a delightful lady at the register, made our day. She was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely kind. My daughter was in the market for new rain boots and she had just finished a chemotherapy session. Rosa was so sweet along with showing great empathy and she even got my daughter and me laughing with her witty charm. We love this location and shop here often. Great customer service and an abundance of fantastic shoes in stock.!! A+++ read more

I went to Burlington DSW on Thursday, bought 3 pairs of shoes and got great assistance from John while I was there. He helped me retrieve a store bag so I could lug my shoe boxes easier. He had a gorgeous smile and was very friendly and helpful! Thank you, John! read more

I was a touch annoyed that they helped the couple who walked straight up to the registers as I was winding my way through their path set up, but oh well. When I was about to pay, the price seemed a bit high. Turned out they missed the clearance discount scan. Good thing I was paying somewhat attention! There's a bathroom by the clearance section. read more

DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse - DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse 3/2018 - Shoe Stores Near Me - Burlington, Massachusetts

See all

I liked Erik's review. I slightly revise his. this one is really 3.5. warehouse-style shoe store with limited socks and limited shoes and boots and stuff. Serve yourself. I walked around looking for new shoes, I found new shoes, price was good, I bought new shoes. I also checked out the discounted further shoes in the back, had to get help -- they are separated by gender and kids. there was a woman tidying, and I think that is probably necessary. they had crocs -- on sale -- which was nice too. the selection was limited compared to what (a) I remember, and (b) what the web site implies. Parking was not impossible to find, but parking is shared with other shops, which is bad, unless you also want to go to market basket, or other ok stores. Friendly enough cashier. Had to be reminded about discounts, got discounts. I probably got more discounts that I should have by being nice back. I like DSW, but they were slightly shoddier than on last visit, without as much selection as I remember, but I left with four pair that I was happy with, and I came for two pair, so I guess that says it worked? I'll be back when the shoes wear out. read more

Hours are wrong on their OWN website...very frustrating to drive there and find they aren't open at 10a as listed on their site.

Worst store ever. Messy and trash everywhere from out if shoe boxes. Slowest cashiers ever and not customer service oriented.

Simple shoe store with socks and shoes and boots and stuff. I walked around looking for new shoes, I found new shoes, price was good, I bought new shoes. Friendly cashier, even a guy on the sales floor stopped by and asked if we needed help. I'll be back for Winter boots sometime. read more

Surprised to find a casual note taped to the front door of the Burlington, MA store today that said it was closed. No explanation of why, when, or if they were going to reopen. Saw many other folks going up to the door and coming away disappointed and puzzled. I tried calling the store to see if there was a message on their answering machine to no avail. Usually love this store and would love to know if they are reopening. read more

Difficult to park here, generally a long line and poor customer service.

Store is tiny relative to Woburn, Natick, and others. Service is slow and unhelpful the times I've been in the past. Today, I waited over 15 minutes (I timed it) at the cash register because the woman in front of me was trying shoes on and deciding what she wanted AT THE REGISTER. Seriously untied her sneakers, turned and looked at me, and continued to try shoes on. Granted, you can't do much about an inconsiderate customer, but a good service person would have either: A.) Said let me ring this woman up with her SINGLE ITEM while you try those on OR B.) Called and asked one of the 4 other people I saw working in the store to come work the register Neither of those things happened, and the worst part is two different employees came up during this, looked at the line of three people behind me, and then walked away. Pretty sure one was a manager/assistant manager too. I only went in because I had a coupon (which apparently had been used even though I haven't shopped there in months) - definitely will not be returning. If you really want to go to a DSW, go to a different location. read more

Ever since we discovered that a DSW was opening here, we were waiting for this particular store to be opened. We had good experiences with the DSW in Woburn but it was inconvenient to drive there. So this weekend, we visited this store for the first time. It didn't seem as large as the Woburn store and I didn't spend too much time browsing for shoes during this particular visit but this new location is incredibly convenient. read more

Convenient but a smaller store. Good for browse n shop....but if you need something specific try a larger location.

A fine location, pretty much like any other DSW you will visit anywhere else.

I had an AWFUL and STRESSFUL day at work today. When I got out I decided to head to the Burlington location to get the running shoes I wanted/needed "so desperately." I found the pair I was looking for and decided I wanted to try them on with regular socks, instead of the provided panty-hose socks for a more realistic feeling, of course, I would purchase the socks after no matter what, like who doesn't need extra socks?! - It's justifiable. So I made my way up to the counter where I presented my socks & sneakers to the cashier, Cley. Let me tell you I had a great experience with him. In the short maybe 3-4 minutes it took for him to complete my transaction; I had a smile on my face, new shoes, and was ready to hit the gym to work out all my frustrations from earlier in the day. In between the jokes and laughter, Cley even mentioned he was too having a rough day - how inspirational that he too was feeling sour but still gave me amazing customer service. Never disappointed with the stock in this store, never had a bad customer service experience. Also, "Cley" is a fabulous way to spell that name. Someone give this man a raise just for that! read more

Usually it is not worth coming to this store. They used to send me $10 coupons but despite inflation they have cut that back to $5 which when you subtract gas isn't much. I would shop there more often if 1) they had a location in northern Worcester County 2) they had a wider selection including colors that aren't the current year's trend especially now with the rise of "ugly fashion", 3) their prices were lower and/or 4) their coupons were better. read more
