I would rate 0 if I could. THEIR WEBSITE IS A SCAM! This is not a trustworthy company.
From the multiple comments and reviews I later found for Journeys.com, it's clear this happens often, and I feel so stupid for not having looked it up before buying, just to save 10 bucks on a pair of Timberland boots.
I got my order around February 20. The size was too small for me. As soon as I put the boots on, I realized they couldn't be used and asked to return them. I did. ONE MONTH AFTER MY ITEM WAS RETURNED, after I had to send MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO REMIND THEM ABOUT MY REFUND, they told me they couldn't refund my money because the item was damaged. THERE IS NO WAY IT WAS DAMAGED. I haven't even used it.
I'm sure they don't even know which item is mine--they might have even lost it themselves. That could explain why it took so long; it's like they're not keeping track of their items. Or worse--and this is also possible--since the item was in perfect condition, they just decided not to refund my money and keep the item themselves. With this terrible customer service and these reviews, I guess they have to scam hard to stay afloat.
I asked for proof that my item was damaged, and of course, they couldn't provide any.
I'm posting this review on as many platforms as I can. If they manage to resolve my issue, I will update all of them with a 5-star rating. But I already know they won't. If you don't see my 5-star rating here, it means they failed.
