Store is well stocked and organized. As with most outlet locations, they had great deals and often happy workers. I ended buying a pair of ultraboosts as my last pair has kicked the can after 3 years. Since they are usually priced at $200 I was happy to find them on sale for $130. Overall, we had a good experience especially as my friends were able to find some tops and shorts to buy too. Would recommend and come again. read more

If you enjoy being detested and rudely reproached by a sales associate, look no further. I made the mistake of respectfully requesting clarification of a sales advertisement and was set straight on my obvious ignorance and stupidity. I should have known that clearance priced items were not marked as is and were in fact half off. The humanity. The woman i asked set me straight with a short one word retort. She accentuated my stupidity with a prolonged and emphatic sigh, accompanied with a dramatic about face; rigidly storming off and informing her associate of my status as a true moron. Seeing them laugh about the ordeal completed the soul searching i needed to rectify my gross lack of intelligence. read more

Customer service directed me back to the store to exchange a pair of shoes that tore after only a few uses. Without a receipt customer service wouldn't open a "case". On arrival store policy conflicted with customer service's instructions. After a bit of back and forth store manager Kelly went above and beyond, reaching out to a higher level decision maker to allow the exchange. Handled well, good effort. read more

I love adidas and this store never disappoints. Fantastic selection of clothes and shoes. And most things are constantly on sale so great deals every time I go in there. Friendly staff was eager to help out. Not the biggest store in the outlets but definitely the best sports apparel store in my opinion! read more

3 stars, one for each stripe i LOVE adidas, all day i dream about sneakers (or is it?) i would always be seen sporting the three stripe, that is until i turned into an old man and now wear....*gasp* new balance! fortunately no orthopedics. anyway, i still have deadstock in my closet and every so often i break em out, but not for everyday use. this is not to say i wouldnt love to have a nice new pair of xtrainers for the gym, i really would, so i gave em another shot, my experience is such. i was sick a few days ago and the group wanted to head down here for some shopping, i said sure and in i went. lots of standard fair, i guess some sales to be had. one manager came up to me and let me know that he found a box of track pants in the back and marked them down to 9.99 each! i already had the color combo he showed me, but for kicks i looked at them any way. they were super long! wtf? they said they always run long and that he fixes the problem b y tucking them into his socks, uh, pass. finally getting into the back of the store into sneaker nirvana i found nothing really appealing. i saw a few 'campus' style sneaks for 40-50 bucks that i guess i could have bought if i felt spendy, but i decided to pass. the real deals to be had is on the discount wall, to which i found some really interested styles, some super rare y3's (yes the 300 on ebay kind) but in size mens 5 or something, and thats the rub with this place, the really awesome stuff is not in your size. its not in anyones size, hence why its in this place. im a 10.5, maybe an 11 if needed, but anything in those sizes might as well be with orthopedic inserts as no one wants them period. i did find a pair of shorts for 20 bucks and a few new headbands which was the real reason for me to haul down here so no real loss, but i would have been stoked to find some new shoes. oh and by the way adidas, push the trifoil, not the pyramid read more

i admit, i am an adidas man, but i occasionally cheat with puma (the classic puma suede cannot be denied). stan smiths, rod lavers, shell toes and tuscanys . . . . awwww yeah. like most stores in the outlets, this one is hit-or-miss. they generally have a good selection of reasonably current gear and sneaks, along with some funky s@$t that just shouldn't be on anyone's feet (size 15 day-glow hightops, anyone?). still the prices a very good and, as for the sneaks, they generally have a good selection. just don't look for the specialty stuff and, if you see it, get it. i will forever regret not picking up the quilted rod lavers a couple of years ago. the store can be a mess at times, and the senior member of the staff looks about 17 and not very helpful, hence the moderate review. still, for shoppers who are capable of helping themselves, this is a good place. read more

Purchased some running pants here and they re very poorly designed. Pockets are not very deep so keys, wallet and iPhone tend to fall out. Also the bottom hole in pants is so small that you have to take sneakers off every time taking off pants. Other companies solve this by winding the hole or having a zipper at bottom to create a bigger space to remove pants without taking pants off... I guess I was expecting better from a German company's. i.e. BMW, Mercedes, etc....Called customer service to ask what my options were and "they could have cared less"......My advise is to look elsewhere for your sporting apparel........ read more
