I then walked down the mall a little further and saw the timberland store and decided to go in and see if they had the same boots and if the price was the same. Low and behold they did have them and they were $49.99. Knowing the other store I had just purchased them at originally would price match I walked back over and told them what I had seen. The VERY nice girl behind the counter said she would call over to the Timberland store to verify as that was their policy. Her first call over last all of 3 seconds and when she simply asked if they had the shoe in stock and identified herself as an employee of a competing store the employee on the other end simply said No they did not carry that item in stock and hung up the phone. Now I am standing there looking like an idiot and a liar and not happy at all because I knew what I had seen. The girl calls her manager up who call back Timberland store and gets a different employee who says that they do have it in stock but the price is $59.99. At this point I am getting down right pissed because I look stupid because the employees at Timberland are either too lazy or inadequate to give the store the correct information. Frustrated with the entire process but wanting to save the $10 I returned the shoes to the good store because at this juncture I needed to prove I wasn't losing it and those damn boots were $49.99 at the other store. I walked back over to Timberland, picked up the EXACT same pair I had just returned to the other store (size, color and all) and purchased them for $49.99!!!! Now needing to prove my sanity and honesty to the very nice girls at the other store on my way back to my car I showed them the boots and the receipt and they were just as angry and frustrated as I was. I think I tried on 50+ pieces over the course of 3-4 hours (I know... I'm a little crazy, and I shop like it's an Olympic sport ), and Diana was incredible from beginning to end. She gave honest feedback, suggested perfect pieces to pair with tops and bottoms I liked, and patiently ran back and forth countless times to grab different sizes and colors. She was also incredibly organized, keeping track of what I was buying in-store versus what would be shipped to my home, which made the whole process so much easier. Toward the end, after I'd gone through everything I picked myself, I asked Diana to surprise me with items she thought I'd love. She absolutely nailed it. Every piece she brought matched my style perfectly. She somehow understood exactly what I was looking for--even when I couldn't put it into words. Shopping is usually stressful for me because I'm not very confident when it comes to fashion, but Diana made the experience genuinely fun and effortless. I walked out of the store much poorer , but also incredibly relieved and excited because I finally have a wardrobe full of pieces that make me feel confident. It's been one of my favorite brands to buy from, for incredibly soft and comfy athleisure clothing. This outlet store was set up like their typical store locations. I was honestly hoping to see more discounts and sales on their clothes here, but most of the clothes that I saw here were only discounted slightly, ~$10-20 off ticket prices. I've seen more heavily discounted items at regular store locations on sale racks than I did here, so I would say, as an outlet store, it was not much different than going to a regular Vuori location. It was kept very clean and neat, so I will give it that ;) But if you're looking to come here for a good buy, I would just stick to their online website sale section.

So if you only wanted one pair, like I did, I guess you bring a friend who also wants a pair? To be fair, I did not get the discount booklet, so I don't know how much of a discount I would have gotten - or how much I would have had to buy to get it, but quite frankly, even a 20% discount probably wouldn't have been enough incentive here. They sell underwear there, but I don't see anyone wandering around in boy shorts.
