After spending a few hours strolling around, I had two observations: The first was that the outlet space was pretty much fully tenanted, which is very different than so many of the outlets we've visited in recent years. No empty stores, no boarded-up shops, no "Going Out of Business, Everything Must Go" liquidation signs. The second observation was the very large percentage of "high end" stores that dominated Wrentham. Hugo Boss, Brooks Brothers, Coach, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, and Versace were all represented. The outlet shops are nicely organized into named "communities" and we saw some very pretty holiday decorations on display today. There were quite a few food trucks scattered around the property and a big playground in the center. Definitely worth a visit.

this review is not about the great selections for children or the great deals that this locations…read moreoffers to their customers! but this review is about customer service at the cash register this past saturday 2/24/24! we were three family members purchasing a variety of items... each were responsible for their individual purchases but all going to the same child. purchaser (1) wanted to pay for their item when the clerk asked if we had a rewards and asked for our number or email. they did not have rewards and the clerk said it was free and continued to try to get a number or email . they refused the offer and just wanted to pay for the item... the clerk was relentless and aggravated that they did not want to sign up for rewards...kept stating ...it was free and just give us the number or email and she then said..." we can turn off notifications ", again i stated no, this went on for a few minutes for just one item, less than $3.00. next, my other family members were right behind me and also did not want rewards... yet....this clerk basically was adamant to get the other two to sign up and was showing anger that they did not want this free rewards...bottom line!!! we all were amazed that this clerk continued over and over again after multiple times saying we dont want your rewards plan... she was flanked by two other store staff, who were probably shocked and mute. but one very helpful store clerk earlier helped me and was the most helpful and pleasant while she was working her merchandise! she is an asset to this store...thank you, but that middle aged cashier will not see us in this store again because of her unbecoming harassment of not one of us but all three for refusing to sign up for rewards.... unfortunate that she is employed with an attitude unbecoming of this wonderful clothing store for children.

I don't have to worry about whether or not the sizing is off like other brands. Second: Although the store can be a little on the nutty side, not to mention run-over by crazed parents pushing their screaming children in strollers... I love this place. With all of the heavy-duty stuff they sell, you'd expect the temperature to be a little over the normal here. But both the most current time, and the only other time I've visited this store, it's been STIFLING hot both times and not shoppable. It's like you're in an oven and trapped until you finally reach the exit. The store is small, busy, claustrophobic, and the wooden furniture they use to display products are all damaged, scraped, and some even have "rude" things written into them. Staff are friendly, and I do like the products they sell, but this store has two major things to work on. Fix the thermostat and take out 25% of the clothing and open the store up so the constant "excuse me" to others is much less present. Definitely wanting to like this place, but at the state this store has been in for the last five years or more just isn't working. 3 stars.

The quality, durability, and wearability of the clothing in this store is exceptional. The cut, the fit and the attractiveness of most of their pants, shorts, vests and coats is amazing. I feel comfortable wearing Eddie Bauer items everywhere I go--whether hiking, going out to dinner, or going to work. With the regular sales that they run, the clothing is always a great value. I still remember my first experience there several years ago, when Brandy helped me out for the first time. She was very helpful and personable (and still is!) . I went in just to browse, hoping to find one item, and left with several items. I have consistently found the employees to be outstandingly helpful and courteous. In response to other critical reviews, I cannot possibly imagine how anyone could describe these employees as rude, nagging, mediocre or unhelpful. I have been shopping there for years, and I shop there regularly, so I know this to be untrue. Please ignore those other reviews, and remember that people sometimes have questionable motives for posting negative reviews. I am so grateful to the employees at this store for making my shopping experience so pleasant. They have made it easy for me to find and purchase quality clothing that I will be happy to wear for many years to come.

But honestly, this is a great store - I've noticed that some of the reviews here cry about how this place is expensive for an outlet store. But.. what? Sorry, that's not what an outlet store is. It's to get rid of outdated items that no longer need to be sold at their flagship stores. Therefore, they mark it down to be sold at a lower (NOT cheap) price as they are typically last season fashion. This is Burberry, so it's reasonable to see a premium in normal pricing. 40% - 50% markdowns is already more than great for a brand like this, and it's sometimes a hit or miss. I was able to get some awesome polos for $50 - $60 only once out of the many, many times I've been here. They typically hover between $110 - $120 (I've been here and seen them often enough to know the standard outlet price) so it's all about smart shopping, buying at their lowest price when they do additional sales, and going home with a big bag and a large smile on your face. Considering how you don't see many of the other bigger brands here with an outlet store, this is a great store that can't be compared. Also, the service at these outlet stores are on par with their normal stores around the Boston area. I also prefer the outlet layout (IMO, more organized and spacious) than the normal Burberry stores (I feel like a rat trapped in a maze looking for my damn cheese). All in all, I'm liking what you're doing Burberry, and Wrentham's outlet store is a win in my books.
