There was little hints in each aisle, though the selection wasn't that good, at least I didn't find it to be on my visit. Overall, I wasn't too impressed by the selection here for a Runway store but I fear I am very spoiled by the Newton location. Men's section is incredibly limited, as well. Seemed not too different from any regular TJMaxx store & found that the HomeGoods next door had more goodies.

This is about the best organized Dollar Tree location I've seen so far…read more I primarily shopped the cosmetic aisle when I was here which is a very tricky aisle for a store to keep organized and well faced. Well, this location nailed it. All of the various shades of a certain product were all hung on one peg. And by that I mean one peg for each shade unless there was a lot of one thing, then I did see two facings of the same item. There was a pretty good variety of shades and a lot of them were ones that I use. I ended up buying about 6 items this time around. I had been in this store several times before today and I figured where the store has kept things so nice over the at least 8 to 10 years that they have been open that it was time to give this location some acknowledgement for the hard work that they appear to be doing here. I only wish I lived closer to this location so that it could be the location that I primarily go to. It is a little more distance than I'd like for me to get there but when I happen to be in that area I always make it a point to stop here and get any items that I think I will be needing for a while and I do stock up. Also when I was in there this afternoon nothing was dusty. I can tell that this location sends the workers around with dusters to wipe off the products that they are selling. There were about 5 people in each line when I arrived to the front end to pay for my stuff, and two cashiers on duty, and the line moved a lot faster than I had anticipated so I am also very pleased with the speed of service. I will be frequenting this location for many years to come.

They have everything from clothing to beauty supplies, accessories, linens and more. The employees are always friendly and they always smile and greet you as you enter. All of the items are always neatly organized either on shelving or clothing racks. The dressing rooms are always well kept up without any excess clothing thrown about. Such a gem! After dealing with my return, I decided to browse the store because l believe they truly deserve my business. I got a lovely pair of shorts for an upcoming vacation. I would have gladly bought them in every style but they only had one available in my size. The cashier that rang up my order was just as lovely and delightful as her manager. Today, I visited the Lane Bryant store in Braintree, Massachusetts, and had one of the worst customer service experiences. There were two employees behind the register, one of whom appeared to be a manager. Neither employee acknowledged my presence, despite the fact that I--and at one point another customer--were the only people in the store. I stood in line for a noticeable amount of time while the manager continued working on something else rather than assisting me. At no point did she acknowledge me, make eye contact, or offer even a simple statement such as "someone will be with you shortly." The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was disappointing and came across as both disrespectful and dismissive. I have been a loyal Lane Bryant customer for several years, but after this experience, I will not be returning.
