I walked into this store recently and after browsing through the home section and mens' section, I noticed a Pop Up portable Stool...what an invention ! This stool was designed with a fish scale structure and a modified plastic material that supposedly gives the stool remarkable strength and rigidity. Load capacity reaches 250 lbs. The stool is about two and a half pounds with dimeter of about 10 inches. The stool can be adjusted to heights ranging from 2.5 to 17.5 inches. What a fun gift for someone...or....for those loving camping, tailgating, etc... The store itself is an older Marshall's and it could use a refresher or re-decor, but still, it has a lot of the great deals we all love......

Also includes AT&T and Dunkin Donuts in another part of the strip mall, and if you can figure out how the drive thru works for that Dunkin Donuts, you've either lived in the area or are genius...... so annoying to drive around the lot twice! 4 stars.

She has the biggest attitude. She had to check the price on an item that had no bar code. I was holding up the product so she can see what it is. She said in an attitude aggressive way, "are you going to let me have the bottle or not?!" That was the very First thing she said to me. Not "hi, how can I help you". Not "can I see the product?" I don't know why they hired her for customer service. She is AWFUL. I was there with my 11 year old daughter who was happy to buy her doll, but this experience ruined her day and mine. I tried to complain to the manager, but instead they sent Nate, a coach, to talk with me. He was nice and said he'd talk with her, but it's ridiculous that there isn't a store manager concerned about how their customers (including children) are treated. I have a feeling she probably talks to customers like this all the time, but it was very disappointing for me because my 11 year old daughter was there, but Bernadette didn't care. Bernadette was raising her voice and talking in a condescending way, and even other customers noticed how she was treating us. This is an office building, not a showroom there were about 20 offices that had things mishmashed in them. No rhyme or reason to anything. Best part, we walked the ENTIRE cornmaze and NOBODY addressed us, spoke to us, acknowledged us. Nobody. At all. The entire time we were there. I won't bother going back. Ever.

Burlington Coat Factory did a great job remodeling this building into something knew, and they deserve kudos for that. However, they need to fully stock the store! Never have I gone into a store that was brand new with completely empty shelves and racks. So confusing. Maybe they were not ready for the amount of customers upon opening, but the shelves need to be restocked like ASAP! Many are bare or close to it! Staff seemed friendly and the layout is desirable. When filled to capacity, each section of the store will be able to handle far more inventory than the nearby Bridgewater location (that is very lame). One disappointing factor was lots of leakage throughout the new store... the facilities department should have taken care of that before the store opened! All in all, it's a decent store, but could use more frequent deliveries and a clear effort to make their shelves and racks full of clothing, housewares, and other knick-knacks. I do believe this store is nice inside and was well thought out; however, Burlington Coat Factory should consider creating their stores like the older ones that are considerably larger and have so much more stuff. i am a consumer who is used to frequenting a business in this newly "upgraded" plaza and i have a…read moreconsumer complaint that seems to be directly related to the new management. When i arrived in the plaza....i am guided by the very nice large overhead signs that announce the names of the business in the strip. Why oh "Madmen" advertising WHY would you put the nice new sign over the business that is next door???....(unbelievably....in one case....the nice new big sign announcing your business is over an EMPTY storefront!!!) I realize as a new owner you will inspire changes but hopefully they will be POSITIVE changes that enhance the business of your tenants....not HINDER them!
