Burlington Coat Factory did a great job remodeling this building into something knew, and they deserve kudos for that. However, they need to fully stock the store! Never have I gone into a store that was brand new with completely empty shelves and racks. So confusing. Maybe they were not ready for the amount of customers upon opening, but the shelves need to be restocked like ASAP! Many are bare or close to it! Staff seemed friendly and the layout is desirable. When filled to capacity, each section of the store will be able to handle far more inventory than the nearby Bridgewater location (that is very lame). One disappointing factor was lots of leakage throughout the new store... the facilities department should have taken care of that before the store opened! All in all, it's a decent store, but could use more frequent deliveries and a clear effort to make their shelves and racks full of clothing, housewares, and other knick-knacks. I do believe this store is nice inside and was well thought out; however, Burlington Coat Factory should consider creating their stores like the older ones that are considerably larger and have so much more stuff. It's okay. I would return back, but want to give this place some time to get used to their clientele and rate of sales; hopefully they will change a few things around! 3 stars.

Self Check out registers area is great making you to save time and avoid huge lines at registers. Electronics , Sporting Goods and Toys Departments are fun to shop around there. Parking lot is big. Located not to far from the highway. Some managers and some associates are nice and friendly but not all. Customer Service is mostly alright. Cons: It is not a 24 hour super center due to the cemetery located next to it and due to order of town of Avon. The bathrooms can be dirty a lot sometimes and barley clean during the day time especially men's bathrooms. Sometimes the customer service at the store in general takes a bit longer then expected. During the weekends and especially major holidays the lines at registers everywhere are huge and you can wait a looongggg time to be taken care of. Some of the announcers at the speaker at the store are a bit too loud and annoying at times when they announce important information such as closing of the store sometimes. Some associates and department managers during the day can be a bit lazy and take their time with help or not help at all by saying , i am sorry , i don't know , ask someone else , this is not my department area etc. some days depending on their mood swing situations. Overall: The store is mostly great. I do my shopping there almost all the time and i do work there over nights as a stocker/ mod team member recently.

He checked the prescription, and looked her up in the system; and confirmed her as a customer that had visited the Walpole store. He said that since she couldn't come in, bring in the old glasses, and he would put the new prescription on these glasses. I go back 2 days later this afternoon, and was absolutely denied by a young associate who didn't even pretend to want to assist me. I explained everything to her, she proceeded to tell me the prescription wasn't valid, and couldn't help me. She then gave the most insincere apology, sent me on my way, and resumed scrolling on her cell phone. Zero customer service concern whatsoever.

It is rather a small TJ Maxx. I check it usually once a week or so for new items and I noticed they are slow to restock. Also I noticed one more thing because I was checking all TJ Maxx and Marshalls in the area: they distribute items unevenly. Meaning: Stoughton gets the ok items, while some other TJ Maxx(s) get the really nice items (Like Norwood and Newton). Sometimes when I check those stores I find a substantially different higher end stock and I end up buying there instead of Stoughton simple because TJ Maxx distributes stock unevenly. My hunch is that they consider the income level of the area surrounding the store. This is a very skewed logic because some of the richest people in Mass live close to the Stoughton Store. Now outside the store. In the parking lot of the store which is shared I noticed on different occasions (different days of the week, different times of day) that some fishy police and detective cars keep circling around. On 5-6 occasions within last 2 months I noticed every time I am in this store that a police car would circle around the parking lot, stop for a moment in front of the TJ Maxx store and the 2 people inside look inside the store then they exit the parking lot. I noticed that multiple times. I also noticed recently an unmarked detective/FBI black truck doing the same thing. Very fishy and suspicious. No it is not your typical police patrol thing. and no they are not there for more safety. There is something fishy going on in this plaza. I have no clue what it is. But all I know that it actually makes me feel unsafe rather than safe here. so I know I am not going to be shopping here for a while. You never know what can happen. If you are in the wrong place at the wrong time you could be screwed.

Bloomingdale's Outlet is a discount store for items that came from Bloomingdale's. Things are deeply discounted, though they are often from previous seasons. You do have to dig a little to find the best deals, but the hunt is just part of the fun! I was especially impressed by their shoe department. Their handbag department was also pretty stellar. I almost missed this store, because it's not actually located in the Wrentham Village Outlets. Good thing my mom saw this as we were leaving! Overall, it's a good store. It's a go to for discounted brand name items. Though you must come with the right expectation: just because it's discounted, doesn't mean it's going to be cheap; it's just relatively cheaper.

Finally we found someone who said he would contact someone and after several minutes this young Dark Hair Gentleman who I found out later was known to Matt in AS IS! Well that employee was very unhelpful even condescending by pointing to the Skew saying that's the price but we said there is no other and this was display like he did not want to hear that! Again he used his finger and pointed and touched the skew as we help it and said that's the price! We put it back, shopped for 2 minutes and said.... Let's take it back to AS IS AND WE DID! Mentioned that that employee was very condescending and kept pointing to the skew on the back and walked away! Well, AS IS SAID " HE KNOWS HIS SUPERVISOR AND WHO IT WAS"! What they don't explain to you during purchase is that the installers are not vetted contractors who don't understand plans, don't allow you to take photos of their poor work quality during installation, will hide cracks in cabinets they cause, and then will ask for hundreds of dollars as a tip and to remove boxes. Customer service is lacking from ikea. I have been dealing with a kitchen that is only 50% usable due to installation for 6 months and ikea stopped responding 4 months ago. A case has been filed with the MA AG office due to this. If you have a similar experience, you can join that case file.
