I walked into this store recently and after browsing through the home section and mens' section, I noticed a Pop Up portable Stool...what an invention ! This stool was designed with a fish scale structure and a modified plastic material that supposedly gives the stool remarkable strength and rigidity. Load capacity reaches 250 lbs. The stool is about two and a half pounds with dimeter of about 10 inches. The stool can be adjusted to heights ranging from 2.5 to 17.5 inches. What a fun gift for someone...or....for those loving camping, tailgating, etc... The store itself is an older Marshall's and it could use a refresher or re-decor, but still, it has a lot of the great deals we all love......

I visited the vision center on 9/15 to fill a prescription for my 85 year old aunt who is in a…read morenursing home and unable to get out to do this herself. The person I spoke to was very helpful. He checked the prescription, and looked her up in the system; and confirmed her as a customer that had visited the Walpole store. He said that since she couldn't come in, bring in the old glasses, and he would put the new prescription on these glasses. I go back 2 days later this afternoon, and was absolutely denied by a young associate who didn't even pretend to want to assist me. I explained everything to her, she proceeded to tell me the prescription wasn't valid, and couldn't help me. She then gave the most insincere apology, sent me on my way, and resumed scrolling on her cell phone. Zero customer service concern whatsoever.

Two issues in this review. Review of the store. Then the fishy things happening around the store…read more SO the store itself is alright. I noticed that they do not stock often. It is rather a small TJ Maxx. I check it usually once a week or so for new items and I noticed they are slow to restock. Also I noticed one more thing because I was checking all TJ Maxx and Marshalls in the area: they distribute items unevenly. Meaning: Stoughton gets the ok items, while some other TJ Maxx(s) get the really nice items (Like Norwood and Newton). Sometimes when I check those stores I find a substantially different higher end stock and I end up buying there instead of Stoughton simple because TJ Maxx distributes stock unevenly. My hunch is that they consider the income level of the area surrounding the store. This is a very skewed logic because some of the richest people in Mass live close to the Stoughton Store. Now outside the store. In the parking lot of the store which is shared I noticed on different occasions (different days of the week, different times of day) that some fishy police and detective cars keep circling around. On 5-6 occasions within last 2 months I noticed every time I am in this store that a police car would circle around the parking lot, stop for a moment in front of the TJ Maxx store and the 2 people inside look inside the store then they exit the parking lot. I noticed that multiple times. I also noticed recently an unmarked detective/FBI black truck doing the same thing. Very fishy and suspicious. No it is not your typical police patrol thing. and no they are not there for more safety. There is something fishy going on in this plaza. I have no clue what it is. But all I know that it actually makes me feel unsafe rather than safe here. so I know I am not going to be shopping here for a while. You never know what can happen. If you are in the wrong place at the wrong time you could be screwed.

The customer service in this particular Bloomingdale's Outlet is suffering tremendously and the higher ups really need to figure out what's wrong, i.e., are they perhaps beating the staff during breaks? When you go into the Bloomingdale's Outlets in Sawgrass Mills, Jersey Mills and my very favorite Philadelphia location, the associates are wonderful and helpful. Then you go to the dark side (located in Wrentham Premium Outlet Mall) and you want to give up shopping altogether and go take Psychology classes in how to make the world a better place, starting with the Bloomingdales's Outlet located in Wrentham, Massachusetts. Yeah! Save yourself the trauma of exposure to such an unhappy team, go visit Jimmy Choo or Armani instead, Truitt in Jimmy Choo will take good care of you and the staff in Armani is outstanding. The reason I did not give 5 Stars is we picked up an item and there were none in a box only the display! We took the display to AS IS and was helped by MATT, very nice and very helpful told us that he needed to find someone in The area we found it to get approved or a paper to say to sell it as display. We went back and truly looked for ANY EMPLOYEE ON THE FLOOR AND LOOKED AND LOOKED! Finally we found someone who said he would contact someone and after several minutes this young Dark Hair Gentleman who I found out later was known to Matt in AS IS! Well that employee was very unhelpful even condescending by pointing to the Skew saying that's the price but we said there is no other and this was display like he did not want to hear that! Again he used his finger and pointed and touched the skew as we help it and said that's the price! We put it back, shopped for 2 minutes and said.... Let's take it back to AS IS AND WE DID! Mentioned that that employee was very condescending and kept pointing to the skew on the back and walked away! Well, AS IS SAID " HE KNOWS HIS SUPERVISOR AND WHO IT WAS"! Very apologetic that we experienced really unfortunate customer service that he helped us and said that's he will sell it as Display and printed out a yellow sticker for it plus giving us a heads up where would we like the sticker cause once on its very hard to remove it so we said on the back! THIS IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am very impressed that he took time to help us but also he made a sale! Now, for future shopping I have faith that whoever that Supervisor of that young man who was NOT THE TYPE OF EMPLOYEE TO REPRESENT IKEA!
