I walked into this store recently and after browsing through the home section and mens' section, I noticed a Pop Up portable Stool...what an invention ! This stool was designed with a fish scale structure and a modified plastic material that supposedly gives the stool remarkable strength and rigidity. Load capacity reaches 250 lbs. The stool is about two and a half pounds with dimeter of about 10 inches. The stool can be adjusted to heights ranging from 2.5 to 17.5 inches. What a fun gift for someone...or....for those loving camping, tailgating, etc... The store itself is an older Marshall's and it could use a refresher or re-decor, but still, it has a lot of the great deals we all love......

YET, they do not carry some of the brands TJ Maxx or Marshalls does, and the store is NOT nearly as clean..... and somewhat old & dirty. The organization was ok, lots of items seemed out of place and the floor was dying for a good wash. I didn't even buy anything, but the staff were very helpful and friendly and the products didn't actually look that bad. I may return if I'm in the area, but I definitely like TJ Maxx or Marshalls better.

Really cool discount store, hidden in the Kmart plaza. Anyway, this is a really clean, inexpensive store. It's rather small for what it looks like, yet an average size for a discount store. They have amazing prices on basically everything, and some interesting products I haven't seen anywhere else in my travels. The employees were all very friendly and kind. Only wish would be to clean up the storefront (as it makes the store look dirty and unappealing) and add some music to the store (you could hear a pin drop in there!). She has the biggest attitude. She had to check the price on an item that had no bar code. I was holding up the product so she can see what it is. She said in an attitude aggressive way, "are you going to let me have the bottle or not?!" That was the very First thing she said to me. Not "hi, how can I help you". Not "can I see the product?" I don't know why they hired her for customer service. She is AWFUL. I was there with my 11 year old daughter who was happy to buy her doll, but this experience ruined her day and mine. I tried to complain to the manager, but instead they sent Nate, a coach, to talk with me. He was nice and said he'd talk with her, but it's ridiculous that there isn't a store manager concerned about how their customers (including children) are treated. I have a feeling she probably talks to customers like this all the time, but it was very disappointing for me because my 11 year old daughter was there, but Bernadette didn't care. Bernadette was raising her voice and talking in a condescending way, and even other customers noticed how she was treating us. The customer service in this particular Bloomingdale's Outlet is suffering tremendously and the higher ups really need to figure out what's wrong, i.e., are they perhaps beating the staff during breaks? When you go into the Bloomingdale's Outlets in Sawgrass Mills, Jersey Mills and my very favorite Philadelphia location, the associates are wonderful and helpful. Then you go to the dark side (located in Wrentham Premium Outlet Mall) and you want to give up shopping altogether and go take Psychology classes in how to make the world a better place, starting with the Bloomingdales's Outlet located in Wrentham, Massachusetts. You can use the app to scan items and add them to a cart, use a pencil and paper they provide, or take pictures like me. Since everything larger is DIY you have to note the location in their warehouse so you can go pick it up after your walk through. I think they also do pick up orders as well. There's also the famous cafe with the Swedish meatballs!! Quality isn't terrible and it's within price budget. They pretty much have anything you could need for a home or apartment.
