You could go 3-4 hours before they close and the lazy man behind the counter will tell you oh we're sorry we're closed. No, you can't get anything. Oh don't you close in four hours? Yes but I'm cleaning up you cleaning up from what you haven't done anything today and no this man is not a teenager. This is a grown adult adults anytime he's working he says the same thing..you to meet machines are down. These are the same people that have worked there for years they repeat the same thing. Oh I don't work till t close. I have to start cleaning It''s 405 hours before they close every time. What's the point of paying for a store with services when you can't get lunch meat or any other thing out of there because the employees are ridiculously lazy.. I had four people watching me self check out my own food because they were sitting around talking they had to registers were down. They were just there to stand there and watch to make sure I wasn't stealing. I'm not sure why we were there? I just don't know why four people were staring at me and no lines were open. BJ's need to manager and to monitor these people that they call employees who are scared away all their business.

Only one staff lady reached out to see if i needed help on the first floor, no one else looked at me when i was checking things out upstairs but that's alright, i don't mind since i could cruise the floor in peace. The setups are nice and organized. The store felt really clean. The demo setups had some stylings that I could see in my own home. Given some of the prices of the dining room tables I would have to really be in love with the setup. They do have custom ordering upstairs where they have designers who can help you choose materials and styles. All in all didn't have a purchase today but i liked the store itself.

Right now all clothing is selling for $4. While it may seem like the store is going out of business, it's not...they are trying to make way for new items and to attract business. It looks like they plan on staying for a while. They always seem to have some promotion. I bought a bunch of nice men's sweaters and shirts here. And they seem to get new items frequently. The housewares section is OK, with some glass and pottery items, paintings and furniture. The store could use some more decoration and color, but at these prices, it's not a big deal. Famous Labels is a good addition to the Independence Mall, which is in need of some more new tenants.

I submitted an order on 9/4 for a Murphy bed on line. After 4 weeks I called and they said it takes…read more4 to 6 weeks, after 6 weeks I called and they said it takes up to 9 weeks. After the 9th week, I noticed on the website the cost was less so I called for a status and asked for the sales price. They agreed to give me the sales price and said the order is at the warehouse. The next day I received an email stating the item is out of stock and my order was cancelled - this is after waiting 9 weeks. I called and all I got was, "I'm sorry, it is out of stock." Now in most cases, a PO is assigned to you when you place your order and it will be ready to ship in the time frame they first give you. I asked to speak to a manager and after 6 hours one called me back, saying the same thing, "Sorry it's out of stock." I could tell it was the same person I spoke to earlier. They took 9 weeks away from me, in that time I could have had the item from another company. Very POOR services. I don't recommend them!!

For some reason I just assumed it was a typical downtown gift shop. I had no idea that it's actually a boutique consignment store! I found myself pawing everything in the place. There was a huge selection of unique items, all of which seemed to ooze sassiness and flair. I was also really impressed with how it's all organized. I tend to get anxiety in consignment stores because although I don't mind rifling through things, I have to be in the mood for digging. This place was organized beautifully like an upscale boutique except the prices were fantastic! I will definitely be popping in often to check for new treasures!
