The seller recognized me and was questioning if I put the clothing in another section and was wondering where her money was. They were quick to blame me but I had the receipts. The two older women at the counter denied being there when I purchased the stuff. I pulled up the date and they magically remembered. The tag was on their invoice and they said they just never charged me. Told me to pay for it, which I did and tried to charge me more than what it was priced at. I was nice about it but after with the rude customer service and inability to acknowledge their mistake they lost a good customer. Looks like I'm thrifting elsewhere.

Enormous, 2 floor antique store that seems to go on forever…read more The first floor is absolutely jam-packed with little rooms full of various different antiques, furniture, clothing, jewelry, etc. It's awesome. Each "booth" is stuff owned by a different seller, and so it's much like going to an antique show, but without the seller behind the desk to haggle with. Totally fun to browse, and who knows- you may find that special little gift or knick-knack that fits into your home. The second floor is sparse - and creepy. There's one room up there that looks like it's been forgotten. Looks like a "panic room" to me! What did this old store used to be anyhow? But it's a great place - you can kill a lot of time here if you like looking for things with character.

This is a shop of hundreds of different, small crab the own businesses by individual people to help raise a awareness of small business. Other than that, I don't really see much of anything down there. They did put an apartment complex in which probably helps bring some business into the mall itself, but I think it would benefit from a grocery store of something Not necessary like a big store but something that's going to take and make people aware that the mall is still there and still offering services to people.

We eat there, visit a shop or two and take a walk around the waterfront and the Village shops and leave. We are frequent visitors. Suddenly today our cars were being towed!! The tow truck driver said we were parked there for more than 2 hours. We could pay $75 cash to get the car released from the tow truck or $190 something it it gets towed. He pointed out several signs which said parking for Village Landing customers (which we were.) In TINY writing the sign says for no more than 2 hours. We had never noticed the tiny writing before and since the weather was so nice we had stayed 15 minutes over the two hours. How can they expect us to dine, shop and stroll the marketplace in a two hour time frame? They have lost our business and loyalty. There are plenty of other places in the area to visit and shop. Beware of the Village Landing Marketplace!

We purchase clothes for over 200 kids each year and this store is well, stocked, well designed and immaculate. The staff is beyond helpful and the Manager (Chris) goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is efficient and glitch-free. It is rare these days to go shopping and find a store both stocked and well staffed with happy employees. Other companies need to take lessons from this operation. Kudos to them.

Traffic for the most part was a bit stressful, moving around and finding a parking spot. Although that's not the main concern, it is well maintained. However, the main signage needs to be addressed on the board, as some big businesses are not named on it, for example, Papa Gino's, as I got lost finding it, along with other names. I saw some empty spots, so I hope it gets updated. A lot of great names to stop at here.

The shopping center is located along busy Cranberry Highway (US-6) and there is a traffic light at the main entrance.
