Sad looking mall with potential. Covid hit this place pretty badly with many many storefronts closed. The theater, kids play area, bowling, and Target are probably what's propping this place up. Mochi donut is going to open soon though! Tons, and I mean, tons of empty parking spaces on a sunday afternoon. Restrooms are located to the left of the theater. Down the entrance/exit hallway. There are no signs indicating they are there... The other restroom is on the other side of mall by Target. Restroom was clean and a plenty. read more

In its heyday this was the mall to definitely go to. It had everything that you wanted in there years ago except for grocery store however, now when you go down there, I don't think there's like a half a dozen stores why the anchor stores is target and they put in a Big assorted gift shop of small business crafters called4good vibes. This is a shop of hundreds of different, small crab the own businesses by individual people to help raise a awareness of small business. Other than that, I don't really see much of anything down there. They did put an apartment complex in which probably helps bring some business into the mall itself, but I think it would benefit from a grocery store of something Not necessary like a big store but something that's going to take and make people aware that the mall is still there and still offering services to people. read more

Tacos and Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, I Shook his Hand, very nice guy and so chill and so is his Wife too, after that I was Hungry so I ended up at this Taco Place in the Kingston Collection called: TrainReck Tacos, heard great things about this place and believe me it did not disappoint at all, I had 2 Chicken Tacos, they loaded them up like crazy, I will be definitely going back again read more

Yes, I like this place, but it is falling apart! The whole second floor is no longer running. There are many fun things here, and I will say that much. So yes, I'd recommend it to friends. I greatly like this place, and I hope it doesn't shut down! read more

There was nothing here! This place is obviously under construction; there was no good store to shop at beside Target! There was a lot of random mom/pop shops, brands that are unique and more specialized items. There's a bunch of area for kids/teens inside...... like Billy Bees, a mini arcade store, a trampoline place, dining/bowling (similar to Kings), etc. I was surprised to see Mochinut there. But for the crowd of people I see when I was there.. they probably won't make much $$. Hopefully when it's all done... it will better. I wouldn't come here if you are planning on shopping. read more

Kingston Collection is a nice mall near Plymouth . The mall doesn't have a lot of shopping options. The food court near Macy's is one of the better food courts. The mall is a user friendly mall. My favorite store here is Yankee Candle. The mall has go karts how cool is that. Would recommend Kingston Collection read more

The Kingston Collection has changed over the years from the old Independence Mall that seemed to thrive in its era, to a dilapidated run down facility in the current age. Sure, they have made exterior updates to the facade; it's just not enough. Sears has been vacant for years, other storefronts have been filled with weird spots like the "Fit Factory", and "Pump N Jump" that don't belong in a mall setting by any means. They have made many efforts to improve the mall; but they just don't work. It's a drowning run-down mall that needs a full on overhaul. Interior is far from being actually decent, and you can tell that half of the things in the mall were not meant to be there, like PiNZ. Great idea, but horrible layout due to the shape of the space (definitely was not intended to be an entertainment complex originally!). Overall, it's definitely worth nothing more than 2 stars. I predict this mall will be closed in ten years. Nothing to stop for. Barely any malls are actually decent these days (probably since there are especially many of them on the South Shore!), and nothing compares to Natick. 2 stars. read more

me and my friends went to the mall to hang out because it has been awhile so we go there and when we walk in through the movie theater entrance we see that pizza Regina was gone. I was devastated but there was a place across from where it was and it was new so we decided to try it out. Well i can't remember the name but it cost 40 dollars for 3 chicken meals and 3 drinks... and it was the best trade ever! The food was amaking and it didn't even take that long and it was big portion. The main man that worked there was super nice he gave us a brownie and 2 chocolate cakes on the house. Honestly im not really sad about the pizza place being gone because if that was the trade then it was worth it! 10 out of 10 will be going back. read more

Huge mall with about 6 total stores in it. 80% of the place is empty. Seems pointless.

Once upon a time the built a great mall in Kingston. But then all the stores either died, closed, or moved to Plymouth Old Colony Place. Now its all but abandoned but for Macy's, who knows how much longer than will be till its closed, Target and a Cineplex. Otherwise it should be repurposed into a new library and police station with the cells in the old Filenes basement. read more

My complaints about this mall are simple. They do not have adequate signs to get you around the place. Went into Target then went to go to the cinema no signs pointing you in the direction to the cinema. Hello, McFly, not everyone is a mind reader or has a keen sense of direction. The second thing is they don't have adequate signs to get you out of the parking lot to the highway. The lighting at night is not good either. The stores aren't bad but seriously you have to let people know where things are in your mall. STOP assuming they know where everything is. read more

Where do I begin? This mall was the place to be growing up. But over the years the mall has fallen from grace. A recent email I received today devastates me to my core. My son is neurological disabled. Since July we had the pleasure of belonging to Abilities Rec. It was so nice to have them in an accessible location. We have been able to go to the mall to get supplies for school, sports, look at toys, and play at Abilities. Why are they leaving you ask? Because the people that run the mall made a decision that ultimately sealed this businesses fate. They allowed them to move into the spot where pay less shoes was. They knew drumming was a corner stone of the activities. They knew this place specialised in servicing people of different abilities. And they put them right next to Lens Crafters who had been complaining for MONTHS about fit factory and their noise making. So pre-spring complaints started to fly about noise complaints from lens crafters (surprise, surprise) about Abilities. The mall first stated it was the noise from drumming. But after a lengthy investigation it was discovered that lens crafters was more troubled by the children....not the noise from drums. I will never frequent lenses crafters ever again. And I will be limiting my time at the mall even more than I did before. These two places have just shown their true colors. Children and young adults with disabilities struggle every day to make it through the day, do what they must to live day to day. And their days are met with great obstacles...everyday. As a parent of a child that painstakingly struggles everyday, it is hard to find a truly wonderful place where my son can be a real boy. Abilities accepted him for what he was, for his limitations, for his strengths....and for once he felt he fit in...for once! (He is 8 btw). And we all know it takes a special mindset, strength, and conditioning to provide such happiness to these youngsters. Think about how special the founders of Abililities are to give their entire professional life to this cause? Really think a bout it. And now it's being taken away because these two businesses have nothing better to do than ruin the lives of differently abled children. So my son is starting his summer saying goodbye to a place he looked forward to spending lots of at over the 10 weeks of summer. He is devastated. Where can he go now to feel like he fits in? where can I take him where he feels like a real boy? What is wrong with these people? That burden rests on my shoulders while these mean, indecent people sleep at night. read more
