This target is by far more organized than other targets around here, but the reason I'm giving it 2…read morestars is because of lack of staff/and or help. They had one older lady running the entire self check out and front of the store by herself. No lanes were open, so everyone had to go to self check out. I could tell she was overwhelmed and it wasn't her fault, but I had to wait over 20 mins to even get her attention because she had so many people to get to. Again, this isn't a problem on her, but should reflect on lack of poor management and staffing. It's summer time now, so I'm not seeing how they only have one person running the entire front of the store. It's not fair to them or the customers who have to wait just to be noticed for help.

The tag was on their invoice and they said they just never charged me. Told me to pay for it, which I did and tried to charge me more than what it was priced at. I was nice about it but after with the rude customer service and inability to acknowledge their mistake they lost a good customer. Looks like I'm thrifting elsewhere.

Totally fun to browse, and who knows- you may find that special little gift or knick-knack that fits into your home. The second floor is sparse - and creepy.
