I said oh ok i didn't know, then she said in a very rude tone "didn't you see the sign right there. I said no. she then took my items while i was at the register refused to ring up my items and turned around and gave them to Joanne who was on a different register. The cashier was an white older women with a long blonde ponytail. I was so upset but didn't have time to ask for the manager due to a meeting. I will go another day to inform the store.

I only stopped here because I'm from out of town and this is the closest location to my hotel. No one was in the store and they kept talking about how slow it was all day so I don't get the issue.

This TJ Maxx is always clean and the people that work there are always super friendly. They are…read morealways stocked with tons of product and always have a lot of things to pick through on clearance if that's what you like to do. The store has convenient parking and is in a plaza. If you need to get any other errands done, there is also a Starbucks right next-door. One thing to know is that there's always plenty of people working at the register so the lines are never long and if they are, they move fairly quickly.

Ehh... This is bordering on two stars…read more.. My only experience with this Newbury Comics thus far was for Record Store Day 2016 (Black Friday). I called ahead to find out if they had the album that I was searching for, and was basically told "I don't really know." Surely they have some kind of computerized catalog (a la Barnes and Noble) which they can search for a product? He said he went and "looked" in the RSD area, and didn't see the album there. Seeing as I didn't trust this dude who took all of 3 minutes to tell me this very hot record was not in his store, I drove myself to Kingston to check with my own two eyes. A lot of times, things get shuffled about, especially on a busy shopping day like Black Friday. Searching through a computerized inventory could have easily told me if there was any showing as in-stock, even if it wasn't in its correct place. Arriving at the mall-based location, I quickly found Newbury Comics and set about finding out if they carried the record in question. Another employee at the desk (not the one I talked to), came over to show me the same album in CD format, but when pressed, said they had not received the vinyl format at all. Well, that solves that question. It was an in-and-out stop that could have been avoided altogether if there was a better way to check what is and what is not in stock. There's other Newbury Comics in the South Shore that seem to have a better grip on their inventory and might be a little more helpful when searching for something specific. Still, a great option if you're localand just needing a business to regularly purchase music, comics, pop-culture memorabilia/collectibles, and goofy gag stuff a la Spencers.

Lots of selections from purses, luggages etc. They have your travel needs, like the bags and containers you need for TSA, get them here, its a lot cheaper than at the airport, and more chic. They had a huge selections of perfumes, and hair care stuff. Fitting room was very clean. Bathrooms very clean. Check out was a breeze. Like all TJM they like to butter you up, to sign up for their credit card, lol, kindly say NO.

Lots of parking all around the building, yet I didn't clearly see where their donation drop off was located. A sign at the front simply said it was at the side door. Clothing was sorted by color, rather than size, like other Salvation Army stores. I understand the ease for set up & display, it just makes it difficult to shop. I was there for a dress and has to go piece by piece through each rack to find ones that would fit. Overall though, I will definitely go again. Great stuff and good location.
