You get what you paid for and found out that this item was a very thin plastic cover with elastic on the bottom and fused pieces . It fit nicely but it split at the seam as you can visually see on the photo where I had to repair it with duck tape . I should return it and shop elsewhere. But for now I need to cover my grill! Besides I threw away the packaging once I used it!******** If the manager sees this and says I can return it without the original packaging and my receipt THEN I WILL!

One day last year I brought my daughter there, and in walked Steve Carell. That was a shock to both of us. He was so friendly to all the customers that it was a joy to see him. I meant to go back this August because that was the month we saw him. Other things I like there are amusing cocktail napkins and greeting cards. Also, the candy corner of the store reminds me of penny candy stores when I was a kid and is a nice place for children to visit. And the last time I was there I discovered that they had some good wines that I had never seen elsewhere. It is certainly one of Marshfield's treasures.

We were at the Seekonk, MA store at around 7:00 pm on February 28. We had a pleasant shopping…read moreexperience but didn't find anything that we wanted to buy. Before we were going to leave, we looked for the restroom. When we found it, the entire hallway leading to it was dark and had been blocked off with room dividers and a sign saying out of order. We made a joke about it because it had the look of a closed off area, not just temporarily out of order. We were exiting the store, walking past the checkout area when an associate, a middle aged woman who had the look of being some kind of shift supervisor, basically wanted to start a confrontation with us. As we were walking past, well within proximity for us to hear her, she made a comment to a young associate that seemed to be about us joking about the restroom out of order sign. We turned to clarify what she had said and she repeated that we made some joke about the restrooms being closed. We did not engage with her and left. I went back to the vestibule area to look in to see her name tag, but I couldn't see one. Then we left. I had planned to write to Ollie's corporate but found on their website a rigid format to leave positive remarks but no interest expressed in hearing other feedback. As I tried to find a way to communicate with them, I learned that they have some very unpleasant actions against them, touching on discrimination and other unpleasantness. At that point it seemed that this kind of employee may be just the expression of their management, and I decided not to try to correspond with them. Then I came to Yelp and saw the recent review and comment about the restrooms having been closed since June of 2025. I suspected when this happened that she was particularly sensitive about the restrooms being closed. It appears that Ollie's has developed a very negative culture. I would avoid them in the future.

Custom service at at Ocean State Job Lot needs to be retrained. I bought a collapsible awning…read morethere last week, June 21 and returned it today for a refund, June 26th. The employee working at the costumer service register was very rude to me. I told the CS person that I was returning it because the awning was defective and had broken while I attempted to assemble it. The customer service person said it looked used? I told her it came that way. She argued with me and wasted my time arguing for 10 min while continuing to tell me that the awning looked used. I had the receipt and she resisted giving me my refund. Finally the manager of the store came over and suggested I get another awning. I said no, I would prefer a refund. The manager finally gave me my refund. Like the other Yelp reviewer said of Ocean State "Don't recommend giving money to this company. This place sucks. Management sucks. Employees suck. And the cheap damn products suck?" I agree with that reviewer Gabe W.

Huge supply of Bobs Red Mill products, a whole wall of it, organised by number. Best deal on the parchment I use for baking - in rolls and precut sheets large enough for a cookie sheet. Household cleaning items - always a great selection, even some throwback stuff like Babbo! During spring, amazing deals on gardening supplies, hoses, coolers, beach stuff. I love this place and trust the quality of just about everything I've purchased there. Friendly help, too. They've definitely made a smart investment in kicking this place up a notch on organisation and customer service. Just got a $10 coupon for answering a brief email survey about their new website. Used it yesterday. And found this little item in the grocery area
