Today, I visited the Lane Bryant store in Braintree, Massachusetts, and had one of the worst customer service experiences. There were two employees behind the register, one of whom appeared to be a manager. Neither employee acknowledged my presence, despite the fact that I--and at one point another customer--were the only people in the store. I stood in line for a noticeable amount of time while the manager continued working on something else rather than assisting me. At no point did she acknowledge me, make eye contact, or offer even a simple statement such as "someone will be with you shortly." The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was disappointing and came across as both disrespectful and dismissive. I have been a loyal Lane Bryant customer for several years, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

Well let me get to it, Having been to 1,649 other Lane stores, this might be the biggest one I have ever been to... It is set up absolutely wonderfully. It is casual & jeans over on one side & then More Dressy & Lingerie to one side, there are several seats for the dressing rooms which are also amply spaced... I have never had an OMG get out of my face experience there with the reps as I have had at other spots...
