I never felt so shamed and belittled in my life. After purchasing heels at the coach in Foxwoods last night (wonderful store), I changed my mind about the heels and went with a different shoe. The employee with blonde hair at Wrentham, named Deanna, immediately turned the shoes away for return, stating they were in horrible condition, all scuffed up, with a "strange sticker" on the bottom (it was a micro pak sticker from the store that came with the shoe). I purchased these shoes less than 24 hours prior and was saving them for my rehearsal dinner in 2 weeks. I left the wrentham store with my fiancé with tears in my eyes, feeling so humiliated, accused and villainized by the staff at this location over a simple return. My fiancé, consoling me, quickly called the Foxwoods location, Ryan there was super helpful and called up the wrentham location to help us. Patrick at wrentham allowed us to bring the shoes back. We were so grateful to head back, only to be greeted by Deanna with an smug attitude at the front door, sneering at us like we were trash and making degrading comments about returning to the store. The shaming continued by 4 staff members at the register, and I resorted to pleading for a return, swearing to God I have never worn the shoes. The return was ultimately processed after the two of us felt abused by the staff here and absolutely mortified around other customers. If you want to be treated with respect and common human decency at a coach store, visit Foxwoods and avoid wrentham at all costs, especially Deanna. read more

Wife and I came to the store because the normal ones do not carry diaper bags. Wife really wanted a nice looking diaper bag and after checking out all the various stores, the leather diaper bag the wife liked the best was from Coach. There were about 3-4 people on the floor walking around asking questions of only 2-3 patrons. As I walked into the checkout, there were 4-5 people waiting to check out with only 2 registers and 1 manager walking back and forth and doing nothing... This seemed kind of backwards, and I almost left the line and store as I got to the front of the line with the wife, and the 2nd cashier closed her register and looked at the now 4-5 people still in line and said, "I'm going to lunch." I fully understand preserving lunch breaks, however, having 3-4 staff walking the floor for only a few patrons while a majority of them wait in line to check out with 1 cashier is a broken system... If it wasn't for the fact my wife tried every other brands diaper bag and hated them, I would have left... If you do go here, have your friend wait in line while you grab your item... might save you 20-30 minutes... read more

Bargain shoppers are scary!! I had to maneuver among crazed women in high rummage mode, duck to the left, hop to the right, run for cover, crouch along the wall - but I got some excellent deals on a first class wallet and wrist purse. The explanation for the stampede, which I can only equate to the running of the bulls in Pamplona, Spain, is the fact that not only is there a sizeable difference in prices between the factory store and the real store, but also the fact that there was a Columbus day sale. Despite the crowds, the staff kept it together, and was able to assist politely and move the line along quickly. Outlet shopping can be tough, I don't hold that against the store. I remember when Coach came to the outlets. All they offered were their classic leather bags, none of the signature C's. So I never bought anything. But over the last year or so they have been getting more and more of their C's in. And the prices are crazy cheap compared to Macy's or the Coach store. I have found some pretty sweet deals there recently. I bought a large, beautiful brown hobo and a wristlet in that patchwork pattern with the brown C's and glitter. Both were on clearance and cost me a total of.... (drum roll please).... $90!!!! I love this store!!!! And to add to the awesomeness of Coach... they moved. There were in a small spot next to Kate Spade and Benetton. Now they have one of the large end stores on the back wall. I think it is were Camp Coleman used to be. read more

This place is just ok. It's alright if you don't mind getting the crap kicked out of you in a small area. It's alright if you don't mind getting the reject solid leather bags, most with scratches and people germs all over them. It alright if you only want the small wristlet or a key chain. I just love Coach. I do not love the prices, but I do love the products. My first Coach purse was a gift, I used it for 2 and a half years straight and you would swear it is brand new.... quality is fantastic. The outlet store is great for Coach lovers who love a bargain (beware you will not be the only one searching, this place gets crazy). Lots of staff on hand to make sure all runs smoothly and on weekends I have been lucky enough to snag an awesome coupon. Staff is great, I tried to return an item online, which I couldn't since I used PayPal, and the employee was so apologetic. Often times you are left to feel like an idiot, like "how did you not know this", but this employee was super sweet and apologized for the policy, which was not her fault at all! i have purchased quite a few gifts here and items for myself (of course) and have always gotten a great deal and left completely satisfied. I love the Coach outlet. I've have purchased many purses there over the years, as well as countless gifts. I wouldn't consider them second-quality but sometimes there is a difference in the stitching colors between bags. I've heard that they make bags specifically for the outlets so that could be why. As for the lines... If you go on a weekend in the summer, you are just asking to be stampeded. The new store is larger and more open (they took over the store next to them and moved down to Camp Coleman before opening the finished store) with a huge selection. The last time I went (weekday morning), it was busy but there were 50% sales on all the clearance items. The entire back of the store is clearance so if you can wait around, you can get items for dirt cheap. I got a big leather tote that goes for $300 at the outlet price for only $120 and a black handbag that went for $320 for $90. The wristlets also get very cheap if you watch the sales. You can get the small ones for down to $20 and the ones with the pockets for $40. I'm able to search for the good sales by not going on holidays or weekends. They've had to shut down on Black Friday the best years because of the volume of people... So just avoid it on the bad days and reap the rewards! read more

Not too sure why everyone is complaing about this store!! We had nothing but an awesome experience at this store!! I got 2 bags and a wallet! There were 2 different employees who had no problem getting me prices and helping me. No one was rude and they went out of their way to help my boyfriend and myself! I also saw someone say they weren't allowed to take pictures. There were three guys in there taking pictures galore. To be honest..it was annoying as hell. They were in the way. I think they were in there taking pictures to sell bags..and anytime you wanted to buy something they were in the way and just taking pictures..So I do see why they do not allow pictures, unfortunately. These guys were taking hundreds of photos..it was just ridiculous. I'm guessing maybe that's why they don't want photos! read more

The only place to buy Coach! Why pay more at the Coach Store or retailers like Macys? Here at the Outlet they have a reliable selection of bags including the large shoulder bags, smaller handbags and wristlets. They also have some accessories like scarves and hats and some jewelry although the jewelry selection is pretty limited. Prices are very good with several styles being 50% off retail and some 30% off. When I was here recently they were also offering an additional 10% coupon when you walked in the door. I also have to give this place major props for the delicious individually wrapped butter mints at the checkout counter. Mmmm. read more

I went to the Coach store in Wrentham today and am I glad I did. There were tons of beautiful bags out for the holidays. I shop at the Coach outlet 3 times a year and this was the best selection yet. There was a short wait in line and they gave us 30% off coupons as we came through the door which was better than my monthly 20% off coupon. We got 3 bags for $160. Great deal, worth the trip because of the variety they have right now. read more

I love the outlet. I don't care if they're last season's bags. If I like it and it's a good price that's all that matters to me. I know this locations can be crazy so there are a few rules I observe that ensure I have a smooth shopping trip. 1: Do not go on weekends unless you don't mind insanity 2: Do not go in in November or December unless you're a fan of standing in line and freezing 3: Go as early as possible. The service is always excellent at this Coach outlet store. I've been in more times than my husband knows! The sales people are very helpful and professional, sometimes beyond the call of duty. The store is almost always packed with customers and it can be chaotic. Don't go if you're claustrophobic! There's always a great selection of items at fairly affordable prices. I feel like this store used to be better. I didn't find prices much lower than retail store and they had no mens trifold wallets. The sales associate said they are being phased out. Wtf!? Really? We were at the Wrentham Village Outlet Mall during Massachusetts' tax-free weekend (tax-free doesn't matter to me, since I shop in always-tax-free New Hampshire), so it was a little crazier than normal, or so I was told. The Coach Outlet store had a LINE to get in. Yes. I had to stand in line for 10 minutes, and they let 10 people in at a time. Not like this was the Gold Museum. Ladies with walkie-talkies let us in, and to tell you the truth, there didn't seem to be so many people in the store, i.e., not so many to warrant a line outside. Prices were good, in that everything is still expensive but less expensive than usual. The items with the most discounted prices were those that were last season's, in weird material or in nasty colors like vile green or bright orange. Very few had shoulder straps, and I refuse to carry bags on my elbow. I already own several Coach bags and wallets and credit card holders, and although I could have bought a new accessory case, I just left the store, happy with my older Coach possessions. Will have to check the Coach place in Kittery to see if I can find something I like, or I can splurge at the regular Coach store and get something more current. read more

I am usually a big fan of Coach and have shopped there often but I was very disappointed with the horrible customer service. Last night I went shopping there and while looking through wallets an older female employee rudely told a young woman she couldn't take selfies with the bags. I then stated it was a violation of her rights to tell her she can't take a picture. Hello "Civil Liberties ", anyway she then walked over to the young woman and said in a condescending way " That customer said you can take pictures, so take them". To be honest Coach should love the fact that a beautiful young Asian woman was taking selfies and probably posting them on social media which would give them free marketing of their product line. Overall the store is great. I have found some nice bags for 50% off. I have been in there on the weekend and during the week. There have been some busy times and quieter moments. There are some items for a good price and some that are a little more than I want to pay. I would suggest going there if you don't want to pay full price. I have paid full price before and I'm happy with my purchases but if I can find a good deal great. I'm a fan but can't explain why. read more

I enjoy walking through the Coach Outlet. Sometimes I will buy smaller Coach items at the Outlet. I prefer to purchase my bags at Coach or Macy's. I was in the store in July or August last Summer. While I was in the check out line with my Husband one of the employees called us out of the line to pay for my items with her. While I was paying the attendant asked to see my drivers license. I showed it to her and asked her why the request and she stated that it was Company policy. I noticed my sister who was in line plus other clients who also where in line and used their credit cards where not asked to show an ID. I have only had to show my ID at the Coach outlet in Florida. Just about all Sores in Florida have an ID policy when using your credit card I sent an email to Coach informing them what happened, the only response was a general one not addressing my complaint. I visited the Coach Outlet yesterday again with my Sister and the same Attendant attempted to assist me but I declined and stayed in line and paid for my item using my credit card without being asked to show my ID. read more

I personally don't have any COACH items. I've bought several items here for my friend. I have bought big purses, little purses, wallets, and even sneakers. The prices are excellent especially when they hand you a 20% off coupon. I know this isn't the same quality as the retail store bags but the C's all over the items is what matters most anyways. This Coach store wasn't as good as I had expected. I usually shop at the Coach outlet in North Conway NH so I was hoping this one would be like that one. Unfortunately the Wrentham location was such a mess and so over crowded. Usually that won't stop me from grabbing a bag but there was nothing at all that caught my eye. I always make a pit-stop here when visiting Wrentham Outlets. My last visit was yesterday. Naturally, there was a line outside of the place, which was understandable. I hate shopping in stores where you are packed like sardines with other shoppers. However, the employees lacked organization when it came to controlling the line. The workers let in at least 10-15 people at a time. I was finally getting closer to the door when the worker stopped me and said I would start the next round. After she said that, she handed two tickets to two guys in front of me, who cut the line. When I brought it up to her, she didn't bother saying anything to the people and let them go in. Her only response was, "Well, people save spots..." and she trailed off. I don't get why people try to save spots, but don't let additional people in after you already reached capacity. Especially when there are others waiting. My question is, if you reached capacity, why did you hand people two additional tickets after the fact? Once inside, I found a few good finds. Some things are heavily discounted, others are still high-priced even with the discount. I did buy two bags from here previously and the stitching on one bag started to wear heavily. Which is why I'll never spend a lot here. read more

Definitely worth the trip for the prices and sales. I got a great coupon in the quickly moving line outside (30% off my entire purchase) and found some great options not available in the mall stores. Was told by the Copley Coach store that I had to return my bag to the outlet since I didn't have a receipt. I then drove 45 minutes (1 1/2 total) out of my way to return it for them to tell me they wouldn't take it. It was a gift from my husbands grandmother and couldn't ask for a receipt. If I was given the correct information I would have called ahead to see if they took it back. This store didn't even try to find a way to get it returned. Ended up leaving the bag there. I buy from coach several times a year for myself and as gifts. I will never buy from them again, they lost a customer for life due to poor communication and unhelpful and non-friendly staff. read more

I will admit back in high school i rocked a coach purse or 5 with the C's on them. I remember asking for morning shifts on weekends for the better tips and saving up to buy them. Don't get me wrong i still enjoy my purses ,but i don't mind going to the outlets and getting a coach purse without the C's all over it. I like my purses to be big and at the outlets you can really find some cute leather purses. It really is a hit or miss with finding a "signature" purse. The staff is my one dislike about this place. Some of the people are really nice and then there are the ones who are eyeing you as are walking in literally scanning you from head to toe. So, this is not the first time I've been in this store and usually nobody approaches me at all. Yesterday I was in the store with my brother and his wife because he was getting her a brand new coach bag for her birthday. She picked out this gorgeous bag but upon further examination we discovered it had a scratch on the red stripe that was going down the front of the bag. We were than approached by a very snooty, stuck up employee who tried to tell us that the scratch was tape and that they do not sell defected product. She went in the back to look for another one and also to get some type of cleaner to try to take what was CLEARLY a scratch off. When she returned she came back with more bags that were SCRATCHED and tried to tell us that they come like that. I had no clue that a $400 bag was supposed to come with scratches as an accessory. She than started scrubbing at the first bag which didn't work at all. We were getting extremely frustrated when the woman just walked away. My brother than found the MANAGER. He also tried to tell us and I quote his words " we do not sell defected product, these bags will be destroyed. " I'm sorry what. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. I love coach and I love the store but the employees and the manager need to go. read more

Truly a terrible customer experience. Poor, passive aggressive management that is intimidated by others. Product quality is still far below average and the price to value relationship does not exist considering everything is made for outlet. Associates only care about you if you're buying not what your actual needs are. Better lifestyle brands to shop at with better quality and a transformational experience. This is ABSOLUTELY the most HORRIBLE shopping experience I have in the US so far. I am not a shopping fan or a coach fan, just because one of my friends needs a coach bag. Before I went to the store, I called the store double check if the bag is available. I got positive answers with confirmation. I drove 50 miles, and then the waitress/waiter painly told me they don't have without any "sorry", which they own me!!. I feel that what they expressed on their ass-faces was" I don't care, you dumb thing" . The manager only said "we don't have that bag now". This is absolutely ridiculous customer service. This is my first time trying to get a Coach and my last time! I have the record of the phone call, I may complain to state business regulation!! And I will never buy any Coach product ever! read more
