If you want merchandise from LOFT at a very reasonable price then definitely make the trip here to the LOFT outlet. The prices are really good for what they have to offer here and there are also some clearance racks with even lower prices that what you'll see in the other areas of the store. You really do have to dig a little with the clearance racks but if you have the time to do it you'll come up with some really good stuff. When I was there and I entered the dressing room there was some clothing scattered about but as I was trying on my items a sales clerk did come into the fitting room and started to gather up all the clothing that people had left behind. I had absolutely no trouble finding the items I was interested in in my size. They have an extensive variety of clothing here. There was a bit of a line at the registers but for the deals that I got on my purchases it was well worth the wait. I'd recommend shopping here during the weekdays because on the weekends it does get extremely busy here. I've been here at both times and I have found that I am in and out of the store quicker when I shop here on a weekday. read more

I tend to get overly excited at the mere thought of an afternoon adventure shopping at the Loft Outlet! I find the clothes at the Loft to be perfect for the young female professional, of decent quality, and affordable. Like most outlet shopping, sometimes you find everything you want and the deals are tremendous and other times you leave empty handed but to me that's part of the fun, that unexpected thrill of the hunt! This location is usually chock full o' people, so I recommend going on a random weekday if your schedule allows. There will be a line to cash out and a line for the changing room, but the wait is never too long and a small price to pay for the deals you can walk out of this store with. If you are a AAA member be sure to swipe your card at guest services, The Loft Outlet almost always has a bonus offer in the coupon-book AAA members receive. But when you go an return something they make you pay 7.95 for each order returned- even if your item costs the same or less! No exceptions! I understand during the pandemic places have been behind on orders/shipping but I placed an order with Loft Outlet on May 30, 2020 and as of today June 30, 2020 (ONE MONTH LATER) I am just now getting emails stating my items are no longer available, AFTER I received emails from my inquiries about the order, stating my order is still being processed! This company is the worse, after purchasing stuff for $77 dollars and change and 16 days latter returning them I only got reimburse $52 dollars and change, when I called them I was told that one out of the 8 items was missing, I know they were all there because I counted them before I put them back in the box!!! Then they charge mee the shipping and handling plus the return ticket!!! Unbelievable !!!! I of course cancel the card ( I never received it by the way) and I had to pay with my debit card!!! Disclaimer: As a non-transvestite male, I am reviewing this establishment based upon the perspective of someone who accompanies friends to this business, rather than being a direct purchaser of items. This Ann Taylor factory outlet is always bustling, much more packed than its counterparts in Lee and Watertown, so the level of direct customer service is lower, but higher turnover rate, which has its own set of advantages and disadvantages. As an advantage, high flow of goods always comes to the store, so the selection is always changing. However, this leads the sale racks to be cluttered with a lot of items that would have lasted past the 10-week deadline at Filene's Basement if sold there. The racks are very tightly packed together, so it is hard to move about the store for someone of my size. In the perspective of a friend accompanying a friend to this location, be prepared to play the hokey-pokey if waiting by the dressing rooms due to the high flow of traffic coupled with the sale racks being right in front of the dressing area. Basketball hi-tops or ankle-bracing hiking boots are suggested for the ambient conditions to avoid serious injury. These are available at the nearby Timberland, Nike, and Puma stores. However, due to the particular flow of the store, the gathering of other people in a similar situation allows you to approach others in a similar predicament and talk like a group therapy session to pass the time. There is generally enough space for up to 3-4 such individuals in the zone in front of the dressing rooms. Any more, and the shuffling approaches mosh pit. Due to the inherent high energy nature of this store, be prepared for longer waits in terms of waiting for selections to be made, waiting for waiting rooms, higher number of sizes available for each piece (resulting in trying on more pieces for fit), and reselection of choices due to new selections being put on display constantly. read more

Quality & prices at Ann Taylor Loft are what make me like this store the most & I frequent it often for jewelry & accessories for all my outfits, especially around the holidays. The store is most always clean & sections are easy to figure out. What I dislike: The employees (with the exception of 2 or 3 helpful sweethearts, Ashley being one of them, I forget the names of the others), especially the manager. I am a shopper. Maybe have a tiny addiction to it but hey we can't all be Angels. lol. At my age I still want to dress current and be cute but clothes for women my age are kind of farty for lack of a better term. My dad said my mom loved Ann Taylor so I popped in. I'm hooked. The regular store is kind of pricey but the Loft is cheap cheap cheap. Very cute clothes too. I usually get about ten shirts for $100.00 and it's good quality. The clothes stand up to washing and being worn at work where i stock shelves and get dirty and usually ruin clothes. They have great specials like bogo tank tops and half priced cardigans. They have casual and dressy clothes as well as petites so Something for everyone. My only reason for four stars instead of five is that the lines there are atrocious. Five register bays and usually two open. As a retail manager myself I can tell you when it's busy I call my floor help to the registers to get our paying customers out. However the deals are that good that I waited. Great place to check out. Bring your aaa card to the information center for coupons. read more

Good place to get some career clothes. Pretty good pricing and selection. Their sales racks are usually good quality items and not just a bunch of clearance. I don't like Wrentham Village as a shopping destination in general, but I would go to Ann Taylor. Pick a day early in the week, go during the day - avoid the weekend crowds and parking fiasco. Have to say I am a huge Loft shopper and frequent the outlet as well. That being said I am extremely dissatisfied with the Loft Outlet in Wrentham. I purchased a pair of boots there which upon getting them home did not fit right. I brought them back to return them and would not let me do so without the box - the manager was extremely rude about it too- completely shocked by this. I will not be returning to this store for any shopping needs no matter how good their sales are...customer service is just as important to me! I would like to see the written policy that you need to return boots in a box. They were clearly unworn! read more

Great products, friendly staff, poorly organized cashier system, 5 available terminals, 2 cashiers, at least 12 people in line and more adding to it. 2 workers folding clothes around us.
