My friend dragged me into Coach.. the only store in this outlet mall that were full of people on a rainy weekday while others were empty... She made me look at every single bag and ask me which one I like... not because she was going to get one for me... After 15 bags or maybe 30 bags..... she kind of found what she want.. but she still want to go to Kate Spade next door FIRST.... The sales here are nice... smiling at me while my friend dragged me around. At least my friend is happy......I am a fan....

The prices are really good for what they have to offer here and there are also some clearance racks with even lower prices that what you'll see in the other areas of the store. You really do have to dig a little with the clearance racks but if you have the time to do it you'll come up with some really good stuff. When I was there and I entered the dressing room there was some clothing scattered about but as I was trying on my items a sales clerk did come into the fitting room and started to gather up all the clothing that people had left behind. I had absolutely no trouble finding the items I was interested in in my size. They have an extensive variety of clothing here. There was a bit of a line at the registers but for the deals that I got on my purchases it was well worth the wait. I'd recommend shopping here during the weekdays because on the weekends it does get extremely busy here. I've been here at both times and I have found that I am in and out of the store quicker when I shop here on a weekday.

She was responsive, sent pictures, and was patient with me when I failed to be as responsive as she was. I let her know I was looking for a bubblegum pink small Marmont and to let me know if and when her store ever got it. Within a week and a half, I got a phone call from an area code I didn't realize. I thought it was another car warranty call and was prepared to decline, but something told me to answer. I answered and it was Amanda! She let me know the mini version of the purse I wanted was in stock. I was shocked that she called me! Outlet SAs are incredibly busy, so I am so thankful that she remembered AND reached out! One daughter came to me to show me these magnetic beads and my other daughter at the same time brought me a magnetic bracelet and we all looked at each other intrigued with the possibilities. We asked Lydia the owner about the bracelet and offered for us to make it in the store. Lydia took both girls ages 8 & 9 years old thru the steps and the girls spent an hour and a half or a little more figuring out the beads they wanted to use, pattern and colors and actually beading the wire. Lydia was great. Very passionate and knowledgeable. Overall we were there over 2 hours between walking the store and picking and making our bracelets. Now fast forward and we just celebrated our daughter's 10th birthday and all 14 girls enjoyed themselves. They can't wait to go to school and show off their bracelets!
