There wasn't much signage, the staff didn't really seem happy about being there but that's just my opinion. Prices are marked at "outlet" prices and if it's regular price they had 30% off deal going on. However when just being a casual shopper and walking in, we couldn't have known that innately. I asked a staff member so, but she responded a bit abrasively, so i was off put. They don't have all the styles you might be looking for but they do have a variety available of long parkas, and bombers as well as some other novel looking jackets, vests, and winter accessories.

I still remember my first experience there several years ago, when Brandy helped me out for the first time. She was very helpful and personable (and still is!) . I went in just to browse, hoping to find one item, and left with several items. I have consistently found the employees to be outstandingly helpful and courteous. In response to other critical reviews, I cannot possibly imagine how anyone could describe these employees as rude, nagging, mediocre or unhelpful. I have been shopping there for years, and I shop there regularly, so I know this to be untrue. Please ignore those other reviews, and remember that people sometimes have questionable motives for posting negative reviews. I am so grateful to the employees at this store for making my shopping experience so pleasant. After spending a few hours strolling around, I had two observations: The first was that the outlet space was pretty much fully tenanted, which is very different than so many of the outlets we've visited in recent years. No empty stores, no boarded-up shops, no "Going Out of Business, Everything Must Go" liquidation signs. The second observation was the very large percentage of "high end" stores that dominated Wrentham. Hugo Boss, Brooks Brothers, Coach, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, and Versace were all represented. The outlet shops are nicely organized into named "communities" and we saw some very pretty holiday decorations on display today. There were quite a few food trucks scattered around the property and a big playground in the center. Definitely worth a visit.

I went today to redeem my last $100 gift card today (after vowing to never shop there again) and, alas, the store had closed 2 hours early for inventory. 30 minute drive for nothing (only two stores in MA).
