She wanted to try everything on at the place, and even though I was tired of waiting by the fitting room, I was happy seeing her smile by fitting on to clothes that fit her well. 10/10 experience. Also, if you plan on shopping there often, you get 40% off when you first sign up for a credit card. No fees! Definitely worth it if you plan on visiting frequently.

Because of the long line with no teenager in sight with a sense of urgency, I went to the front just to ask if they could hold my items for me to purchase the following day as I couldn't wait any longer. They stated no, and I've had mixed experiences with this policy. Having the store credit card at any TJ Maxx or Marshalls location never seems to do anything for you to incentivize them to actually care or do anything. Will be losing my business.

I still remember my first experience there several years ago, when Brandy helped me out for the first time. She was very helpful and personable (and still is!) . I went in just to browse, hoping to find one item, and left with several items. I have consistently found the employees to be outstandingly helpful and courteous. In response to other critical reviews, I cannot possibly imagine how anyone could describe these employees as rude, nagging, mediocre or unhelpful. I have been shopping there for years, and I shop there regularly, so I know this to be untrue. Please ignore those other reviews, and remember that people sometimes have questionable motives for posting negative reviews. I am so grateful to the employees at this store for making my shopping experience so pleasant. Nope, this is a "Factory Store." Your discount options are limited to (a) a display of shoes/sneakers at about 1/3 off in the back corner on the right, (b) any discount you might get from the outlet village discount booklet, and (c) a discount if you buy a SECOND pair. So if you only wanted one pair, like I did, I guess you bring a friend who also wants a pair? To be fair, I did not get the discount booklet, so I don't know how much of a discount I would have gotten - or how much I would have had to buy to get it, but quite frankly, even a 20% discount probably wouldn't have been enough incentive here. I hope you're looking for running/outdoor/tennis shoes. I came here for walking shoes/sneakers. These were relegated to about 1/4 of one side of a display. They didn't have anything wide in my size. Even more challenging, I actually wanted a pair of WHITE sneakers... they had one on display, but nothing in or near my size in any of the nearby boxes contained white sneakers. They probably also don't want to hear that I got a similar style of sneakers by a not-so-big-name brand for 1/3 the cost recently, at a K-mart!

She made me look at every single bag and ask me which one I like... not because she was going to get one for me... The associates and this store are always so kind and helpful. If you need opinions on which bag…read morefits your needs, answering questions about promotions, or helping you order something that is out of stock in store, they are excellent. I find that their displays are much easier to navigate than searching online. The clearance section in the back always has great finds that you may not be able to find elsewhere. The layout is nice to look at, and not overwhelming. They treated me so kindly on my birthday a while back, and have been wonderful on multiple other trips since then.

The store is always very clean and always has 2.00 deals ( every time I go anyways). They have huge selections of accessories , and they even have a bridal section ( I'm engaged so this makes me happy). The workers are always wicked nice , but a lot of times it can become a little wicked and they only have 1 worker at a time , they rarely have 2 workers at once. My only issue here is that they don't really have new stuff all the time it's kind of always the same stuff , but this is the go to place when you need earrings , bracelets , necklaces , any accessory and sometimes in clearance you can find purses , clothes and makeup. I'm always in here , I enjoy it but just remember they don't rotate much stuff out so come no more than once a month.
