She saw me at the door, made eye contact, and didn't respond when I waved to her. I also tried calling to explain I just needed to pickup an order for my daughter, but she also wouldn't answer the phone. If this was my store I would be deeply unhappy to have such a discourteous staff person. At least have the kindness to walk over and explain to your customer why they can't pick up the things they already bought.

It's time to Claire's the air with this review of Claire's in the Natick Mall…read more Located inside the mall in Natick in Massachusetts. It's a cute store and I wouldn't say a boutique - more like a massive national chain that has a little-to-medium store in almost every mall in the country, so they're obviously making a killing (no pun intended, I know there are a lot of mall shootings, outlaw guns you morons), but there's a reason why they're everywhere - because they're one of the better Mall stores, and one of Barbie's favourite shops. They have a little bit of everything inside so we really like that (kinda like her). Highly recommended.

She was kind and helpful and the interaction really helped calm the kid's social anxiety as well. Thank you, Sonia!!

They made sure I knew where the clearance items were and any discounts I could take advantage of. And since I'm a nurse and a business owner I qualified for a discount! Too bad I couldn't stack them but it's okay. Very very kind people that work there. No BS. I would go there instead of shopping online. There were a handful of people that were in there with me and they treated everyone that walked in there the same. It's great to see that now a days. I walked out of there with a smile on my face. Thank you!!!

Did you know that 80% of the people who wear bras wear the wrong size? The woman who helped me and sized me and found me the perfect size and style, Diana, is AMAZING! I had no idea how off my size was and she fitted me with the proper size. When I tell you I felt like a new woman, I am not exaggerating. My tops looked instantly better, I got almost an inch of lift, and my posture was much better. It was a total game changer, and now I will be going every year to get sized and to purchase bras there. The prices for the bras are a bit $, but they are worth it. I will no longer buy cheap, ill-fitting bras after this experience. Diana was saying it is a good idea to get fit each year because your size can change over the years. She mentioned a year is a good rule of thumb because bras will start to wear as you wear them and wash them. She gave me proper instructions for washing and care. I fully believe this is an investment you should budget if you are able. I never knew that having a properly-sized bra could make a world of difference. Thank you, Diana, for your help and for being amazing!

Lululemon Chestnut Hill is my favorite of their locations in MA! I have an immense amount of love…read morefor the brand's clothing and have been consistently buying + wearing their products since I could fit their smallest size in middle school (at the time was size 2, now smallest size is 0 due to their kids' brand Ivivva no longer being around). I have definitely tried other brands for comfortable leggings to lounge in and for working out but always ended up being unsuccessful because there's really no other brand that does it like Lululemon. Price for an article of clothing is quite steep but worth every single penny! I still have one of my first pairs of leggings from here, now 8 years old, and are still holding up in amazing condition. I wear their leggings pretty often too, averaging 5 out of the 7 days of the week, and have never had issues with the seams or bottoms stretching out. Pro tip: If you ever have any issues with their leggings due to seams or etc., you can bring them back to any of their locations and they will gift you a new pair, as part of their quality promise warranty! Also, if the pants or even tops you purchased are too long, you can bring them back to the store to get them hemmed to the length of your liking, free of charge. Free hemming applies for products that were purchased a long time ago, as well. Their jackets are also a great buy, such as their scuba hoodies or define jackets (super great for layering in the winter or wearing in the summer at night when it gets a little brisk). I also recommend their sports bras; fit nicely and cute backs! Never had an issue with any of their products. This location is my favorite, though not the closest to me, because they always have the items I want, in my size in stock... which is honestly rare nowadays with the brand becoming even more popular than ever before. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with this location and always leave here happy.

Had our clothes selections brought to the fitting rooms while we chose more things to try on. Had some good small talk, couple laughs and the lady came out with a cute fit. Store was clean, AC was bumping. There's seating for friends and family who might be waiting for you to try your items on. Parking is free in the area. I judge stores mainly by their sale section, (+) or (-) any unique service experiences. This J…read moreCrew is profoundly average. The sales section is large, a whole back room, but no matter what day I come, it appears picked over and anemic. The sizes tend to be heavy on the XL and the XS, with not much variety in the middle. The staff are distant, but generally non-offensive. My boyfriend, however, experienced a unreasonably poor service moment last Saturday. A sales woman told him that J Crew was having a "private sale" event that would guarantee him 75% off summer suits, if he opened a J Crew credit card. Boyfriend, not needing a suit but enticed by such a fantastic deal, tried on, and subsequently fell in love with a linen, navy suit. He confirmed with the sales lady again that it would be 75% off. When said boyfriend attempted to purchase the suit - he was rudely rebuffed by the cashier/manager. Boyfriend explained that he confirmed the deal with the the sales woman, but cashier behaved as though my boyfriend was trying to pull a fast one. He did not call over the cashier, and he scolded my boyfriend for believing such a sale would ever exist. Needless to say, no suit was purchased. Pro tip: generally credit card offer deals gain you about 30% off purchase, so if offered more, ask to speak to a manager before you become emotionally connected to the garment in question. Fluky Saturday aside, this store generally is pretty good. J Crew seems to be having a ton more sales recently, ever since their stock listing price plummeted, and their clothes have gotten a lot more adventurous and bohemian in recent months. This store is generally more peaceful and quiet then some of their more urban situated stores.

Sean was a very helpful and attentive salesman. He let me know this particular style ran big and surmised that the boots that would fit me would be a half size smaller than usual. He was right. They didn't have the copper color in stock but once I ascertained my correct size and fit, Sean ordered them for me. They arrived at my door in just a few short days. I have been wearing them around the house for the past two days but honestly, they are extremely comfortable. It seems no break-in period needed as is the case with some boots in general and some western boots in particular. Tecovas will shine/polish the boots for free any time you're in the store. They also will etch them for free with my initials or another of their designs if I so desire. The journey is not in on this option yet. They also offer to stretch them for you if they need it. Fortunately mine do not. I am thrilled with my new boots. How many pairs of western style boots are too much? I don't know the answer to that yet. ;-) Thank you Sean and Tecovas.

The customer service at this merchant is deplorable…read more I contacted Thanks Mama regarding cloth diapers that developed holes. The diapers were advertised as covered by a 1 year warranty on the product page. The customer service representative initially replied that the diapers were still under warranty and asked me to identify which colors had developed holes so they could send replacements along with a postage paid label to return the defective diapers. I responded that I would need to return them all. The customer service representative then replied that they would not be able to honor the warranty since the diapers were purchased "so long ago." I replied reminding customer service of the current date which was within 1 year of the purchase date. Customer service replied confirming the date but now claiming that I need to send the diapers back to the manufacturer since more than 90 days had passed. I reminded customer service of their initial response, that I only need to identify the diapers that had holes and replacements would be sent. Throughout several subsequent responses with customer service and someone that stated they were the owner of the company, Helena, this retailer refused to honor the initial return offer to replace the diapers. Eventually, my e-mail responses were flat-out ignored. All of this is in addition to me having prior difficulty with customer service to have a quantity discount advertised on the cloth diaper page reflected in the cart upon checkout. The same customer service representative insisted the discount did not exist even though it was plainly displayed on the product page. In the end, I found the customer service agent to be clueless and uninformed and Helena (the "owner") to be rude and unconcerned with honoring customer service's promises. Overall, I would not recommend this retailer because "baiting-and-switching" discounts and bad customer service are inexusable.
