While one person was helpful, the other (white female) went out of her way to avoid checking me out after being asked to help me. I felt ignored and discriminated against for no reason. Wonderful customer service and a wide selection of items. I was specifically looking for a special Jellycat that was rereleased and the shipping was super fast even though I essentially live across the country from them. Really good price too and included free shipping! When there was issues with my address, they made sure to reach out and correct it before shipping so I had no issues with shipment. super sweet store. great selection of jellycats, however they are quite expensive. i've been told things are in stock, and when i arrive like 10 minutes later, it's gone. i guess that's the demand, but this has only happened once before, where i was able to rely on having it when i call while im walking towards the store. i don't think calling ahead is the best, as they are not always up to date, i guess. you guys are great :) i appreciate response, you guys are always bumpin read more

The woman working was super rude to my daughter, who is autistic, because she opened two drawers. She didn't even give me a chance to tell her to stop, which I was about to do. Not how you should deal with the public when working at a children's store. It would help if you showed compassion kids are kids; they are curious. She also ignored customers to the point I saw a man ask another woman if she worked there because he couldn't find someone to help him. If I didn't need the item for my daughter's birthday, I wouldn't have purchased theirs. I won't return to many other cute children's stores that are much nicer. I ordered two Jellycat stuffed friends and one of them was definitely a hard to find item. When they couldn't find it in the store ( shoplifted most likely) they went out and found a replacement, bought it at full cost and shipped it to me. Adorable shop, warm and helpful staff, great selection for the younger (0-7) set. Clothes and shoes you don't see everywhere else. The prices are on par with Baby Gap but the selection, quality and style are much higher. This place is great! Not your typical kids clothing boutique with the same old brands. Lots of fun, unique, gorgeous handmade stuff, including lots of things made by local moms (love that!). The shop owner was so nice, knowledgeable, and yet didn't hover as I shopped. I wished I had a baby shower or birthday to buy for because there were so many great gift items.
