Needless to say for a kid that has never really had an accident, this was going to ruin our day. Can you imagine a children's museum that doesn't have a gift shop. Worse yet, there really weren't any places we could get stuff to get him cleaned up. My wife yelped for Kid's clothing and LL Bean turned up not too far away. We walked over not sure if we would find anything. Taylor welcomed us and asked us how our day was going. I shared our situation while my wife rolled her eyes at me. I mean why skimp on details when you need an outfit fast and the sizing isn't what uou are used. Taylor found us several options of shirts. My son chose the purple t-shirt. She went back and found more pant sizes. He left in a pair of blue waterproof pants to go with his purple shirt. Taylor even told us that oddly thus happens and we aren't the first family looking for kids clothing after visiting the museum. Alas they don't sell underwear but it slvaged our afternoon and was enough to get him down for a nap. I consider that a WIN with a capital W. My wife found some traveling clothing as well because whe wanted to support the store as well. I really wanted to buy stuff as well but I run way too hot and it is September. The summer stuff is gone but there is always their website.

I did not know so I was a bit disappointed but the staff who assisted me was super helpful. She told me that free ship to house is available and she was able to put an order promptly. And guess what? Instead of charging me full price, she went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal! A few moments later she found a better deal online and price matched it! Quick delivery too as I received the package a week later. The quality is amazing and I know the top will survive many washes!

Horrendous customer service under the management of Shelby. I've read multiple reviews on other…read moresites that other customers have had terrible experiences with her as well. She rings up returns incorrectly, missing items and keeping the merchandise you've paid for without refunding you. I realized when I got home, and she wouldn't do a phone return, saying I had to come back into the store. I HAVE A CHILD. I can't just POP IN WHENEVER. I asked to speak to her district manager and she wouldn't provide her name. She wouldn't put me on the phone with a co-worker, saying she was on break. Before this incident, there was a time she wouldn't let me purchase an item over the phone and hold it for me behind the counter for two days. DON'T SUPPORT LOCATIONS THAT TREAT CUSTOMERS POORLY. If you love the clothes, like I do, simply buy it all online and RETURN IT IN STORE TO HER. Just watch her like a hawk when she does it and check your receipt. In-person businesses can't take their customers for granted nowadays. They have to compete with online orders. If they aren't going to have good customer service, then shop elsewhere or use them as online purchase RETURN HUBS and see how long they last.

I've been randomly coming to the Faneuil Hall Marketplace ever since I was a kid. I couldn't tell…read moreyou what I ate here on my first trip with my parents before my first ever Boston Red Sox game in the mid 90's, but I do know that I had a blast coming here and seeing all the different food stands and random vendors lined below the building. I was able to return here for lunch a few weeks back in 2026 and I had just as much fun walking around now then I did back then. The place was packed on a Saturday afternoon and a whole lot of people were trying to get some seafood, pizza, ice cream, baked goods, Italian, and various other things and it was cool to see this place still so lively so many years later. Now, I'll be honest here, the food I ate kind of sucked but that's just one of the vendors fault, not the entire hall so I'm still going to give this place five stars. The building itself is stunning and is one of the original buildings in the area (If i'm not mistaken) and has a long hall of different food vendors, seating upstairs, and some restaurants downstairs as well as mall kiosk like shops (get rid of the crappy temu vendors, please). Overall, There's like 50 different places you could eat at that will give you drastically different experiences, so why not come as much as you can given the opportunity. This trip was my first time in about 7 years and even though the food I got was not good, I don't regret coming back to Faneuil Hall and I will absolutely be coming back on my next trip to Boston.

Full of local and tourists. All sorts of fun shops, local talent and food. We started one end of the strip and worked out way through the area. It's a fun place to find your Boston merch, local food options and vibes. My daughter and I had a great time meeting people. Shopping for gifts to bring home. And just breathing in the Boston air. I'm happy we got to check this place out.
