The selection of clothing, books and toys are well curated for ages ranging newborn to small children. I had a lovely chat with the owner who was both friendly and helpful with my shopping needs. She let me know about a clothing sale they were having and provided fun facts about the books I was browsing. (Local authors sold here) I was pleased to see good Spanish book options, and ended up purchasing one as a gift. Many of the items here seemed to be "earth friendly", made with good materials at a reasonable price. I will be back to shop for gifts in the future!

Yes, the products and toys are beautiful and fun but the service is what I'm here to write about. Tiffany was amazing and pretty much knows something about every product in the store. She got to know who I was shopping for, what she likes, her style and needs, etc. She showed me all sections of the store, made personalized suggestions and even went in the back to grab a few books that weren't on display that ended up being just perfect for ny friend and her coming baby. She rings up returns incorrectly, missing items and keeping the merchandise you've paid for without refunding you. I realized when I got home, and she wouldn't do a phone return, saying I had to come back into the store. I HAVE A CHILD. I can't just POP IN WHENEVER. I asked to speak to her district manager and she wouldn't provide her name. She wouldn't put me on the phone with a co-worker, saying she was on break. Before this incident, there was a time she wouldn't let me purchase an item over the phone and hold it for me behind the counter for two days. DON'T SUPPORT LOCATIONS THAT TREAT CUSTOMERS POORLY. If you love the clothes, like I do, simply buy it all online and RETURN IT IN STORE TO HER. Just watch her like a hawk when she does it and check your receipt. In-person businesses can't take their customers for granted nowadays. They have to compete with online orders.
