But updates from the store, right? Nope. To make matters worse, the salesman Keegan, is one of the rudest customer service people ever. When my wife would call for updates (because the store doesn't give any), he would say the delay is no big deal, and he doesn't know why she was upset. Really? Since there wasn't even an estimated delivery date come Father's Day, the store put together a gift basket. Any time my wife asked for an update after that, they would refer to the gift basket, as if this had righted all wrongs. The bombshell is that the owner of this establishment is complacent in this. After weeks of delays my wife asked for a call from the owner. Keegan the sales person said, "it's the weekend." Thanks for the calendar update. Over a week later, still no word from the owner. We love supporting small businesses and were excited to outfit our new home from this store (and told them so). I do believe they have beautiful rings but there are no stores in Nevada and this was an opportunity to see rings first hand. But anyways, very grateful that we have a couple locations now & the brand is more accessible. Came into this Seaport location recently to make an exchange for a pair of leggings I had purchased from the Chestnut Hill store. LUCKILY, the Alo app is pretty accurate, which stated that Alo Seaport had the size I needed, & I was able to have a successful exchange that day! Very quick & easy exchange, so no complaints here. Parking: good luck! Sometimes there's meter street parking available but I usually just park in a garage to avoid the hassle of driving around in circles.
