Not only is the customer service are exceptional (the owner, Marina, and her staff are friendly, prompt w email communication, and go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for, even if they don't have the item in store, they will try to get it for you). I found this store to be the perfect place. I also tried calling to explain I just needed to pickup an order for my daughter, but she also wouldn't answer the phone. If this was my store I would be deeply unhappy to have such a discourteous staff person. At least have the kindness to walk over and explain to your customer why they can't pick up the things they already bought.
