I think the most prevalent thing I've noticed is how there are a lot of entertainment options now. Dave and Busters was the first to open, followed by Level 99. Now there's also a Puttshack and a Bosee Pickleball club. I think this adds a layer because it turns into "just a mall" to a social gathering spot where you could shop, eat, or have fun. There's something for all ages with this. Now when it comes to the shopping, there's still your average clothing stores, there's beauty and jewelry stores like Sephora and Pandora, and also a Macys if you want a department store. There's also a wing with more high-level luxury stores, like a Zara, Louis Vitton, Tiffany, and David Yurman. I think this area is nice if you want luxury but not to travel into Boston. There's a lot of empty stores in this wing too so hopefully they get filled soon. Food options are good too, they have a food court, Cheesecake Factory, P.f. chang's., California Kitchen pizza, and the food inside of the entertainment places too. Overall this mall has been renovated a lot, and I think for the better. It encompasses a lot and you don't have to come here just to shop, but you can if you'd like. I will say though they have plenty of parking which includes free garages, people are still unkind around the holidays and you might be circling around for a while before you find a spot. Parking is always hard here no matter what and I know people who avoid this mall because of it, which is sad but I get it. I heard if you come on a weekday morning it's better.

She saw me at the door, made eye contact, and didn't respond when I waved to her. I also tried calling to explain I just needed to pickup an order for my daughter, but she also wouldn't answer the phone. If this was my store I would be deeply unhappy to have such a discourteous staff person. At least have the kindness to walk over and explain to your customer why they can't pick up the things they already bought.

She also said they're only taking spring/summer right now so I offered to go through my stuff before I left and take out any wintery things since it was all mixed together and she said "no no it's fine we desperately need infant stuff so we may take it anyway!" They called me the next day and said they didn't want a single item, out of 5 bags of clothes. My friend picked my items up today and they told her that if there's any winter items in the bags at all they won't even look through it. Are you kidding me? So incredibly rude and a complete waste of my time. Also, I left this review on Google as well and the owner replied stating that most of my clothing was stained (which is a blatant lie) and that they "weren't even good enough for donations" which just proved my point. Don't waste your time on this pretentious place.

Although this location is much farther away from me (compared to the Newbury St), I enjoy coming here since they've got lots of parking here at the mall + less chaotic & indoors. I'm a stay at home mum- I'm not working, so buying 5 articles of clothing and then some for $85 is a little insane. I only make $50 a week from my husband to spend on whatever I'd like. I am still disappointed in the value of the old clothes and the new- as they're all far too expensive for the condition they're in.. and the new are more expensive then when they're new. I know your business has to make money, but the whole point of a hand me down store is to make sure your items are affordable. Unfortunately, I probably won't be back until prices lower because I just can't afford the prices. I've read many wonderful reviews on here and maybe it's good for some and then not so good for others. The owner was so funny and sweet and she helped us tremendously through the store and out. Something to note; I had my stroller, so I just want to point out this establishment is not wheelchair assessable from the front of the store. Not sure about the back though. Just drop everything in a bin and it all gets calculated for you by the cash register robot. Bags are 20 cents. No matter what size you choose.
