I drove 1.5 hours at the recommendation of a friend to shop here. I told the salesperson I wanted .5 yard of each. She promptly told me it was a 1 yard minimum. I really only needed 1/4 yard but took .5 yard to be safe since I was a long way from home. I told the cutter that I wanted to reevaluate by purchases since I was not going to need a yard of each and downsize what I bought. Another older woman at the counter started calling after me and stating that if I was going to dump the pile somewhere to just leave the bolts at the table. I was surprised at her accusation and stated I was not going to DUMP the fabric but wanted to get out of the way for more customers and would put back what I chose not to take. She again stated that I should not just dump the bolts of unwanted fabric but leave them with her. I again explained that I was just moving to the side to re look at what I had chosen. She again!!! stated about my intention to just dump the unwanted stock. It was at this point that I shoved ALL the bolts back at her and told her I was done with her attitude and their store. I gave no indication whatsoever that I was an irresponsible shopper that would do something like that especially after walking around for over 30 minutes with 6 bolts of fabric in my arms. Do not shop here unless you like to be accused of being an irresponsible shopper.

For example, there may be a really cute pattern in blue and green but you won't find the same pattern in any other colors. I find I can't source the majority of a quilt here. I do like that I can see solid colors in person, this is really helpful. Price per yard on all quilting fabrics is excellent. Ability to find novelty fabrics is good. Overall I find I don't do as well here as I used to do when they were in Framingham. Quilting tool selection is also limited.

I went to Talbot's with my mom for mother's day so she could buy something nice. We were greeted by a Roya was could not have been more helpful to my mom. She helped finding sizes and was so patient during what usually is a stressful time for my mom in trying on clothes. I was truly impressed by this fantastic sales associate. I would otherwise have no reason to review a woman's clothing store but that I was touched by how helpful Roya was in assisting my mother. She left having found some nice outfits and felt really great about the experience she had. I'm glad we did not have the same experience as the previous reviewer.

Talbots is my favorite store, and as another Yelper said, each location can really be "make or…read morebreak" by the employees (I'm talking to you, Wellesley Talbots!). However, the Natick store is great: not huge, but clean and organized, friendly ladies who are happy to check stock for you and they did a great job with my order that I did online and selected for curbside pick-up. I love the little outfits they sell and whenever they put stuff on sale, it's truly a bargain. For example, I scored See Kai Run sneakers (which on Amazon are sold around $30-40) for $15 on their clearance bin. I thought that was a pretty awesome find. I also bought a really cute tankini for my toddler and it had a built in swim diaper for $20 (also on clearance). I'm really happy with their customer service and the sales team is always friendly and willing to help. This is my go to shop when trying to find nice outfits that I know not many kids will wear since the brands they carry are not in Target or Macy's and it's also a nice place for gift shopping.

Every single thing I googled while in store was cheaper on the brands website than in this store. Rylee and cru sweat set... on sale for $75 in the store. $55 on the Rylee and cru website. Winter water factory tee shirt on sale in store for $29. $21 on their website. Every single thing I checked, both sale items and full price items, all more expensive. No thanks. My kids live in all high end brands. Have never spent anything close to that on them. I guess it's just a store for parents with money to burn for no reason. And to be clear, I got a hello when I walked in, and otherwise was ignored, so I'm not sure what curated personal shopping experience is supposed to be a reason for jacked up prices. Being 20-30% more expensive than the actual brands sell them is wild! Two other parents walked in while I was there, looked at a couple things and walked right out. As did I. No one bought a thing. If you can't sell the clothes for (at minimum) the same price as the brand or other websites and stores, then your business model is failing. I mean... tea sells their tees for under $15 on sale and you're selling the same tees for $21 to $29. That's insane .

I really wanted to enjoy my experience with Worcester Wares, but unfortunately things took a bad…read moreturn before my order was completed. I went to Worcester Wares to order some custom shirts for my small business. I paid the full price up front (mistake on my part) and patiently waited for the project to progress. I promptly sent in all of the graphics needed to make the various shirts I had ordered. Months into the project I was informed the the owner was dealing with some personal matters, which I was understanding and patient about. She did deliver some of the products I had ordered, and indicated that she was working on the remaining products. Some of the shirts had a defect, which she said she would rectify. The hoodies that I ordered were supposed to feature a large logo on they back, which the ones she delivered did not. After that visit, it was radio silence. I sent several emails and messages inquiring about timeframe for delivering the remaining items, but did not get any response from her, or from anyone at Worcester Wares. I began this process in early December 2025, and paid for my items in full at our initial meeting. It is now May the following year, and I have not hard anything from the owner since February when she dropped off a few of the items I had ordered, despite several emails and phone calls. Unfortunately I would not recommend Worcester Wares to another business. I am now out several hundred dollars and have only a small handful of the shirts that I ordered, some of which were not made as ordered. Very disappointing.
