I recently purchased an engagement ring from Bob at Amoroso Jewelers and they were AMAZING. I had…read morebeen searching for a long time and had yet to find a ring that caught my eye. I discussed my frustrations with Bob and he told me about their ability to create custom designs. At this point Bob and I met several times going over the tiniest details regarding the ring. The process included a 3D modeled printout of the ring and eventually a rough platinum mold to give me a better idea of how it would look. He was very informative and helpful in this process and we came up with exactly what I was looking for. Not only was Bob's willingness to collaborate with me appreciated, but his patience was as well. Obviously I was very nervous about buying the ring. I probably went to his store two to three times a week to check in and ask questions. But Bob was always willing to answer my questions and assist me with any problems that I had. We will be going back to Bob to design our wedding bands and will definitely revisit Amoroso with any future jewelry purchases.
