I was honestly hoping to see more discounts and sales on their clothes here, but most of the clothes that I saw here were only discounted slightly, ~$10-20 off ticket prices. I've seen more heavily discounted items at regular store locations on sale racks than I did here, so I would say, as an outlet store, it was not much different than going to a regular Vuori location. It was kept very clean and neat, so I will give it that ;) But if you're looking to come here for a good buy, I would just stick to their online website sale section.

When I was there and I entered the dressing room there was some clothing scattered about but as I was trying on my items a sales clerk did come into the fitting room and started to gather up all the clothing that people had left behind. I had absolutely no trouble finding the items I was interested in in my size. They have an extensive variety of clothing here. There was a bit of a line at the registers but for the deals that I got on my purchases it was well worth the wait. I'd recommend shopping here during the weekdays because on the weekends it does get extremely busy here. I've been here at both times and I have found that I am in and out of the store quicker when I shop here on a weekday.

It's to get rid of outdated items that no longer need to be sold at their flagship stores. Therefore, they mark it down to be sold at a lower (NOT cheap) price as they are typically last season fashion. This is Burberry, so it's reasonable to see a premium in normal pricing. 40% - 50% markdowns is already more than great for a brand like this, and it's sometimes a hit or miss. I was able to get some awesome polos for $50 - $60 only once out of the many, many times I've been here. They typically hover between $110 - $120 (I've been here and seen them often enough to know the standard outlet price) so it's all about smart shopping, buying at their lowest price when they do additional sales, and going home with a big bag and a large smile on your face. Considering how you don't see many of the other bigger brands here with an outlet store, this is a great store that can't be compared. Also, the service at these outlet stores are on par with their normal stores around the Boston area. I also prefer the outlet layout (IMO, more organized and spacious) than the normal Burberry stores (I feel like a rat trapped in a maze looking for my damn cheese). After spending a few hours strolling around, I had two observations: The first was that the outlet space was pretty much fully tenanted, which is very different than so many of the outlets we've visited in recent years. No empty stores, no boarded-up shops, no "Going Out of Business, Everything Must Go" liquidation signs. The second observation was the very large percentage of "high end" stores that dominated Wrentham. Hugo Boss, Brooks Brothers, Coach, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, and Versace were all represented. The outlet shops are nicely organized into named "communities" and we saw some very pretty holiday decorations on display today. There were quite a few food trucks scattered around the property and a big playground in the center. Definitely worth a visit.

I am under the impression that the "double charge" issue is a common occurrence, based on what the cashier said to me. Clearly the store needs a new POS system or some way to address this problem. It seems illegal to me to steal from a customer and then not return money for several days, but obviously Ugg does not care about its customers. What if the money Ugg double charged me was all I had to provide for my family? I'm lucky that I'm fiscally stable enough to not be severely impacted by the double charge, but what about someone in a different financial situation? I have never and will never shoplift, but I wouldn't judge a fellow customer from stealing from this store ONE bit. If Ugg can rob customers, customers should return the disrespect.
