" UGG Halo" I love UGG so much . This store is an UGG halo . Lots of UGG styles and colors . Although I love the traditional brown ones. Walking around the store I felt like a child at a candy store . The prices were at least a 30% savings at this outlet store . Some items had more of a discounted, it depends on what you like . So you get a good UGG at a discount price . The service is ok . It's just busy and limited staff. However I helped myself and was fine . I was in a UGG HALO. read more

Would NEVER recommend this store to any of my family or friends. On 11/25/22 this Ugg location double charged my card (nearly $300 each time) and as of 11/29/22, I have yet to see a refund. I have reached out for assistance but the only help I have gotten is from a cashier (she is very sweet, but I don't believe this is her problem). I cannot believe a manager or anyone from corporate has not reached out to me about this issue. I am under the impression that the "double charge" issue is a common occurrence, based on what the cashier said to me. Clearly the store needs a new POS system or some way to address this problem. It seems illegal to me to steal from a customer and then not return money for several days, but obviously Ugg does not care about its customers. What if the money Ugg double charged me was all I had to provide for my family? I'm lucky that I'm fiscally stable enough to not be severely impacted by the double charge, but what about someone in a different financial situation? I have never and will never shoplift, but I wouldn't judge a fellow customer from stealing from this store ONE bit. If Ugg can rob customers, customers should return the disrespect. read more

Zero star for this store and its employees. The cashier named Roumel is so so rude, he should be fired. During the checkout , I asked him why the Ugg I was going to buy had 30% sale compared to the ones shown 40% on the shelf. He gave me a look and said "I don't understand what you are saying". The store was closing for a 10 year needed renovation on June 1, 2016 and reopening by July 4th, 2016 weekend. The registers are very clunky and all tied together. If one goes down, they all do. The staff is very helpful with sizing questions and checking back room stock. They typically have a sale running on top of the already discounted outlet prices. The selection is wonderful for women, children and ok for men. They have very study bags to help you make it through the outlets with bulky boot boxes. Anxious to see the new and improved store once it reopens in a few weeks. read more

I shouldn't even have gave this store one star. Came here with my boyfriend to get his mom a gift when I kept talking him out of it because Ugg's are horrible quality as it is for the price .. anyway they let 5 people out of the store and let in 2 in and told us if we're confused it's because they went over capacity by mistake .. lol maybe because they have too many workers on one day working and talking and laughing the whole time while their customers wait out in the cold.. meanwhile there are 3 people shopping and the rest are workers.. unsure their names because we left and will never come back but we came in January 19 around 230pm.. read more

Abysmal customer service. My wife purchased some boots here a week ago. She wore them around the house as they were a little tight and they told her they would stretch and it was the correct size. After a few hours around the house the boots still did not fit. We drove an hour back from watertown ma to exchange them. The employees were snap chatting and we're not helping. My wife found some boots on her own that seemed to fit she could exchange them for. The snap chatting manager denied her sale and said she had worn them too long. We will not be purchasing uggs in the future. This has left an extremely sour taste in our mouths and our respect for the brand has diminished. Way to support your customers. read more

I love UGG..so much. This store had such a great selection of boots I was so surprised. The prices were the same as you would find online but the convenience of buying here is great. The store was really busy (as expected around Xmas time) but they had all different sizes and I was happy to see so many size 7's still available. I would buy from here again in a heartbeat. read more

This is in regard to their return policy. 30 days max even if a Christmas Present. After 30 days exchange or store credit only. Purchased boots 2 weeks ago saw them at Nordstrom's same price and Nordstrom's return policy will allow the boots to be returned after Christmas. What a novel idea to be able to return a Christmas present after Christmas. Brought the boots back to Ugg in Wrentham yesterday and got a full refund. Will go to Nordstrom and purchase the same boots for the same price. read more

On the up side, you can try the Uggs on and they are slightly cheaper than usual. Cons: They do not carry the whole line of Uggs, in fact I think many of the models are discontinued. They only have what sizes they have and will not make calls to other stores for you. The prices are only slightly cheaper. E.g. $80 for Dakota slippers vs. the standard $100 online price. Finally, the customer service is terrible. I bought a pair of slippers. They were on one rack with slippers of a different kind. I asked the price and was told $80. I got up to the register and was told $100, despite the fact that all the slippers in the color I bought were on that side. They told me if they gave me the slippers for $80 it had to be a final sale. Okay, then of course when I get home and try them on, I realize they really are too small. I was able to return them, but not without a huge hassel. They marked the new slippers i got in red ink to prevent me from exchanging again! Seriously, if they are not worn who cares? Then I overheard them telling another lady she could have 10% off since she was buying the last pair in a style, but it had to be a final sale as well! This store will do whatever they can to make everything a final sale. When I am paying top dollar for slippers/Ugg boots I expect to be able to at least exchange if I have any size problems. If you are not 100% sure, avoid this place. read more

Was not sure about which size to take between a 7 and 8 (I'm a 7.5). They strongly advised a 7 as the shoe is supposed to expend, telling me the 8 would be too big. I wore them for about 3 weeks and still didn't break... I cannot return them because they have been worn. I now have an expensive and useless pair of slippers in my closet. If you don't know your products, you shouldn't give advice to your customers! read more

Wish I could give ZERO stars. I went to the store and got a pair of boots for $149.99. Looked at my bank account a couple days later and was charged two extra times, taking $300 from my account. The store "managers" (one called herself a manager and then referred to herself as an hourly associate so who knows) were unhelpful, didn't seem to care or have any empathy overall. I called multiple times looking for help and was once placed on hold for 10 minutes and hung up on. I will NEVER shop this location again or use a card to pay for any future UGG purchases - not that I plan on giving them my business again. Product - no issues. People - well, you can't teach common sense but you can teach manners and a lesson in serving your customers...I guess UGG should work on hiring people/managers with authority, knowledge, and a sense of responsibility. I am disgusted by the situation, especially because hundreds was taken from me days before Christmas and nothing was done to correct the situation. read more

The #1 gift on our 12 yr. old granddaughter's Christmas list this year was a pair of Ugg boots. Unsure of her size, her grandfather mistakenly ordered a pair of boots in the wrong size, online. On Christmas morning, she was disappointed that not only were the boots two sizes too big, but she would have selected a different style. On the day after Christmas, he took her to the Ugg store for an exchange. On that day there were many people in the Wrentham Mall store and he hastily urged her to select boots. Our granddaughter then did not realize that together, they were again mistakenly choosing boots in the original size, which was two sizes too big. Her Dad took her back to the store on Sunday, Jan. 24, only to be treated rudely by the female salesperson who refused to accommodate them, claiming that even though our granddaughter wore the boots only in the house for a few hours, the boots could not be exchanged. We are most disappointed in the salesperson 's tone and demeanor, as our quiet granddaughter told the truth regarding wearing the boots but her honest account was questioned to the point that she was in tears when they got home. Wanting to own a pair of the most popular boots is a priority for girls of this age, until they learn that boots of equal or higher quality are often more desirable. Manufacturers of the Ugg brand capitalize on the wishes of young girls who need to wear what other young girls are wearing. These young people have no idea that salespeople who represent the manufacturers are exclusively interested in profit, with no consideration of the importance of promoting customer good will and respect for customer honesty. To have her depart the store in tears without a proper fitting pair of boots is unconscionable on the part of this salesperson and on the part of the manufacturers, as well. read more

went in there to possibly do an exchange... i'm in between sizes so its kinda hard for me to make the right decision.. I was told to go up to the next size and the manager told me to stay at the same size because they will stretch. When one of the associates told the manager i had an exchange, she walked over and rolled her eyes... like WTF... I just spent 140 bucks at your store. So i know the manager didnt want to do the exchange so she convinced me to keep the original size i purchased. She did that because she didnt wanna do anther transaction. Granted the store was closed but you shouldnt close the registers if there are still customers after hours who came in before they were at closing time. Some of the associates are nice and some are just nasty. One woman gave me a nasty look when i came in for my first purchase and told another associate to keep an eye on me like i was gonna steal something. I turned around and told her not to worry about me. My Salary can buy out her paycheck. and then told her despite how you treat people in here, i'm still gonna buy the boots because my gf likes them. read more
