NOT, my clothes, but the employee refused to allow me a table to fold my own clothes.

Welcome to pay to wash and dry your laundry, but don't expect to be able to fold them!! Small owner operated business, quaint location, & clean. The problem is the guy wearing the white ball cap that they have working there. He is ignorant as the day is long. They have 2 folding tables, and this employee refused to move clothes he has fold to allow me to fold my own clothes. He already had one table with space on it but insisted leaving clothes on the second table and inhibiting my ability to fold my clothes. (See photo. NOT my clothes!) He also spends most of the time talking rather loudly on the phone, as if we need to hear any conversation at a disruptive volume. This is enough of an experience that I will not be returning to this location. I like to support a small business, but not if they employ this rude and ignorant employee.

Everyone needs a good laundromat, however, what about an outstanding one?…read moreY'know the kind I'm talking about, right? I'm in Brockton, Ma just outside of Boston and needed to do a load or two, my sisters machine being unavailable. Went to my trusty Yelp app and up popped Wash n Go. Plugged it in to GPS and wallah! Took me straight to DM Laundry....the DM stands for Dream Machine. Yah. I know I said Wash n Go, but there's been a change in ownership. Anyways I was just expecting the usual...y'know, imdifferent attendant if any at all, one or two malfunctioning machines, etc....But It Wasn't!!! Let's start with the amenities and there are many. Mon and Tues 15% of DML money, Wed 1/2 off wash n fold, Free Dryer Thurs, and my personal favorite: Coffee and donuts Sat and Sunday lThere's free Wifi and in rhe back, 2 pool tables. For the kids there's a bank of arcade games and a basketball machine also. Now thats how I like to do laundry!!! Speaking of which, the machines are brand new and you have the option of using coins or Visa/MC...talk about convenience at your fingertips. Signage is clear and takes a common sense approach. To me, however, the real asset is Ms (Awesome) Amalia. She is like the energizer bunny with a smile. A shining example that all laundry attendants should follow. She should teach a class. I also met David (He's a Vet... thank you for your service) ...very cordial, useful, and busy. Additionally, this is at least a 50% veteran owned establishment. In any case, I had a superior laundry experience and hope you will support this business because it makes doing laundry cool again.

It's a very spacious area with plenty of washers and dryers. The price to wash is a bit much... Dryers cost $0.25 per 8 minutes (not enough time to completely dry a load). You have to pay $1 to purchase a card to use the machines and then you can add credit to the card using cash. There is an attendant available who is nice and willing to help even if you're confused about what to do when you first walk in. I gave 3 stars because although the area was okay, it ruined my mood to have to pay that much just to wash & dry one load of clothes.

Welp! I hope that doesn't happen to me. Enough of the worries, here's why I come. The place is open bright and early or dark and early depending on how you see it, at 5am and closes at 12am. It definitely gets busy between 6-9pm, but I have never had to wait for a washer or dryer. There's a card system folks, so you don't have to worry about shelling out dollah bills or quarters. You pay a dollar to sign up, then you load money on to which is super convenient and was surprised when Mark told me...i'm like hell yeah about time. One thing that cracks me up is seeing the fake windows when you walk in...it's cute, but still there are windows when you walk in. The mat is clean, ample dryers and washers, and you have to use the card if you'd like a soda pop from the vending machine. Also, there's free parking which is a plus in a plaza with a Thai restaurant, sub shop, and a couple other establishments.

During last few months this place became the exact opposite- filthy, crowded, with people hoarding the laundry baskets willing to fight you if you just looked at them. Kind of reminds me an episode from early season of Friends when Ross was teaching Rachel to do laundry... Don't recommend, and actually looking for new clean laundry place.
