Cons - the washers are not as big as advertised (the double load is really the size of 1 load, the triple load is really 2 loads, etc) - it's about $5.65 to wash 2 loads if you decide to use the maxi load washer - there are not enough carts - the layout is in an odd shape so you may bump into other people if you're drying at the same time.
