I have been here twice and had the opportunity to meet the owner at a community meeting, which clearly shows his regard for his customers. The small space is efficiently used and customers walk into an environment embraced with signage welcoming consumers, safety regulations, encouraging parents not to allow children to run or play in laundry, etc. In addition, there are all kinds of laundry paraphernalia on the wall, and there are plenty of laundry baskets. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Cons - the washers are not as big as advertised (the double load is really the size of 1 load, the triple load is really 2 loads, etc) - it's about $5.65 to wash 2 loads if you decide to use the maxi load washer - there are not enough carts - the layout is in an odd shape so you may bump into other people if you're drying at the same time.
