I am so glad I gave it another chance! It has new owners and they have gone crazy on fixing up this laundromat! All new machines and it's spotless!! The machines were super cheap, too!! I did three loads of laundry which includes washing and drying and it only cost 16.00!!! The other place it cost me 28.00!! They've added some great snack machines, too! Brand new ones that were stocked with all your favorites while you're hanging out waiting for clothes to dry! The owners actually helped me fold my sheets, so they wouldn't fall to the floor! It was an all around pleasant experience. I have only one more week before my washer/dryer are ready for me to use. I will ALWAYS go to this laundromat now. The new owners are absolutely amazing and the place is super clean! Even when I get my washer/dryer up, I'll definitely bring my comforters here and no where else!!!!!

Welp! I hope that doesn't happen to me. Enough of the worries, here's why I come. The place is open bright and early or dark and early depending on how you see it, at 5am and closes at 12am. It definitely gets busy between 6-9pm, but I have never had to wait for a washer or dryer. There's a card system folks, so you don't have to worry about shelling out dollah bills or quarters. You pay a dollar to sign up, then you load money on to which is super convenient and was surprised when Mark told me...i'm like hell yeah about time. One thing that cracks me up is seeing the fake windows when you walk in...it's cute, but still there are windows when you walk in. The mat is clean, ample dryers and washers, and you have to use the card if you'd like a soda pop from the vending machine. Also, there's free parking which is a plus in a plaza with a Thai restaurant, sub shop, and a couple other establishments.

However, I would like to share my experience regarding other aspects of their service. I sent two suits, each with its own suit bag. When I scheduled the return delivery through Uber, I saw the pickup photo and noticed that one of my suit bags appeared to be missing. I called Star Laundry Club to ask about it, and my concern was initially somewhat dismissed, which was fair since I had not yet received the delivery yet (maybe the photo was wrong). However, when the Uber arrived, I confirmed that one of the bags was indeed missing. I called again, and they did find the missing bag. I was initially told that a staff member would deliver it on the same day as my call, but I did not receive it that day. When I followed up the next day, they apologized and was instead asked if I could pick it up myself. I politely explained that I did not think it was reasonable for me to make a separate trip to retrieve an item that should have been included in the original delivery, particularly when I had already tipped the driver. I believe the inconvenience of correcting this mistake should not fall on the customer. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the suit bag to be returned. Called again for an update, but my call was not picked up. I appreciate the quality of the dry cleaning itself, but I hope the missing item issue can be resolved soon.
