(Note: Reposted from Wash n Go as that was the old name of the laundromat at that location) Everyone needs a good laundromat, however, what about an outstanding one? Y'know the kind I'm talking about, right? I'm in Brockton, Ma just outside of Boston and needed to do a load or two, my sisters machine being unavailable. Went to my trusty Yelp app and up popped Wash n Go. Plugged it in to GPS and wallah! Took me straight to DM Laundry....the DM stands for Dream Machine. Yah. I know I said Wash n Go, but there's been a change in ownership. Anyways I was just expecting the usual...y'know, indifferent attendant if any at all, one or two malfunctioning machines, etc....But It Wasn't!!! Let's start with the amenities and there are many. Mon and Tues 15% of DML money, Wed 1/2 off wash n fold, Free Dryer Thurs, and my personal favorite: Coffee and donuts Sat and Sunday lThere's free Wifi and in rhe back, 2 pool tables. For the kids there's a bank of arcade games and a basketball machine also. Now thats how I like to do laundry!!! Speaking of which, the machines are brand new and you have the option of using coins or Visa/MC...talk about convenience at your fingertips. Signage is clear and takes a common sense approach. To me, however, the real asset is Ms (Awesome) Amalia. She is like the energizer bunny with a smile. A shining example that all laundry attendants should follow. She should teach a class. I also met David (He's a Vet... thank you for your service) ...very cordial, useful, and busy. Additionally, this is at least a 50% veteran owned establishment. In any case, I had a superior laundry experience and hope you will support this business because it makes doing laundry cool again. read more

oh yeah, so lucky that they got a one I walked into this place and it was disgusting. The machines weren't clean. The place was filthy. The person work in there. All she did was sit behind the counter and talk on her cell phone, eating her food every now and then she came out did a little wiping here and there, but that's about it. I will foot in this place again. read more

Disappointed they didn't have any pool tables like the pictures posted online. It looked bare and more like a prison instead. Workers stay out of your way, place is very clean. read more

A decent laundry mat but some of the workers just have the most treacherous attitude. It makes me think the employer cares nothing about services he is providing to the people of this city. Even after reporting my complaints to him. He responded in a similar nasty attitude. Terrible owner with some terrible workers. read more

This is the best place in Brockton to do the laundry. The staff is polite. The store is very clean.

I have used this laundrymat in the past and found it wonderful, but TODAY NO! The shift changed and this evil woman was working there(the earlier lady was very nice). I put clothes in the dryer and pushed the button and it didnt work, so I told the lady. She tells me" all you have to do is push it are you stupid", I laughed and said " I did or I wouldn't have asked you to come over here". She then says everyone that comes in here is stupid". She pushes it and saw it didnt work. I ask for her name and her manager's name she said "NO". I said " okay" and proceeded to post about it on my social media. If you cant do customer service with a smile, then you dont need to work there. I'll be going back down the street near Vicente, it may not be nice, but the workers are. read more

I've been coming here for a few months and it's always clean. They finally got rid of the annoying dance video game that played a song every couple minutes. The only problem I've had is that one of the $5 washers didn't work correctly, so I talked to the attendant - who doesn't come in until 8 am even though it opens at 7 am. By this time I had already washed that load again in another $5 washer. She told me I can't get my money back, but she could swipe her card and give me a free wash. Well, I was already done washing. The only recourse I would have is to see her the next time and have her use her card. ???? What kind of business doesn't refund someone for using their defective equipment? There was no sign on the washer indicating there was a problem with it, even though the attendant knew which washer I was talking about when I told her the problem. Bottom line, I'll probably be out the $5. Otherwise, this is a good laundromat. read more

If I could give them a zero I would for what I experienced yesterday. I have never in all almost 40 years of life experience this treatment. I just moved to Brockton-Easton line and my husband researched closest and good rating laundry mat found this one. We haven't received our washer and dryer yet so using public laundry mat wasn't by choice. So, yesterday I washed my clothes and dried and put timer on and sat in my car. I came back in and my brand new sheets and towels were missing and no one could tell me why. The workers were unprofessional and did not treat me like a human, no compassion. The first reaction and response was "unfortunately we are not responsible for lost items. Maybe someone took by mistake. Check all driers." While speaking to me they are walking away and doing other things. No concern and neither one expressed sympathies or simply I'm so sorry this happened. As I'm walking out one of the workers finally came to me and said "I know the other young lady that was here and if it was her she may return it. Would you like to leave your number?" After all that time of searching and annoyance she finally thought of me as a human. This was really disheartening. I will never step foot and I'm hoping my laundry units arrive and if not my husband found another one that seems friendlier. I finally get a response from owner, he says that he will check surveillance footage and get back to me, never did. I contacted the owner myself and responds that they were unable to determine who took my belongings. Unprofessional!! read more

I used their drop-off laundry service twice already and whenever I come back to pick up my laundry, I'm missing something, whether it's an ENTIRE box of dryer sheets or my mesh laundry bag that I bought and now have to repurchase. If you are going to use them audit EVERYTHING. You leave with them and make sure they give you EVERYTHING back read more

Machines are good. Free dryers on Thursday is great. Rude customer service. One of the attendant yells at people who don't pick up the dryer sheets and the manager ignored a complaint about one of the dryers cheating the time. read more

Employees are rude and have no customer service ethic. Workers constantly disappear, seems its a hangout for them. They swear and use racial words when talking in business. Awful. Will not be back! read more

When I picked up my clothes from using wash and fold service, I was missing clothes. When I spoke to the girl who was working her name was cora, she had a nasty attitude and told me I had to speak to the manager. Still unresolved. I will not drop off my clothes there. I started doing my own laundry, and some of the washers smell inside, the soap dispenser is completely nasty. And the rim inside of the doors are filthy... read more
