Lizzie's must have known it was my first time there, because she was kind enough to ask me if I needed help (which I did)! She showed me how to work the cc which at first is a little tricky to use. Yes prices are $8 and $10 but there's plenty of washing space in both the washer and dryers! The wash and fold service was in full swing. Overall it was a positive experience! read more

Prices are reasonable but I swear there are more machines with Out of Order signs ( both washers and dryers) than I've ever seen . Very messy and disorganized by front area as multiple orders both dirty and clean being sorted / folded at front desk. Won't be returning. read more

I don't usually go to the laundromat except for when doing blankets and bedding, but recently moved to an apartment that has one small washer/dryer so needed somewhere close by to do full loads. Place looked clean when walking in, but there are *things* in random places. Shoes on top of an empty washer, etc. My THREE stars removed are for the price and quality of wash. Two stars removed for wash prices- they are astronomical. $8 for a large enough washer to hold towels and a load of clothes. $4.75 for the tiniest load, face cloths or baby clothes would fit. Third star off because quality. The washer for my towels still had visible soap residue on it after washing, and my blanket load was barely wet so I don't believe it was really washed thoroughly. Dryers are $0.50 per 5 minutes. Do yourself a favor and use the smaller ones, they dry faster than the giant ones. I will be going elsewhere, Bubbles Up II in Norwood is great. Bigger washers and dryers for half the price. read more

Remember that this is a Laundromat .. and not a spa. It's clean, it's staffed by friendly, knowledgeable people who are more than willing to help customers get their laundry done ... in and around the other "core business" that Lizzie's offers, i.e. "We do your laundry for you as a service." Hence, some machines may be in use by the staff, and there is minimal area for customer folding - but that's a very small price to pay for a facility that is sparkling clean, offers excellent washers and dryers, and staffed by those who are willing to offer help when needed. read more

Ugh. This place. It's clean. That's all it has going for it. I did 3 loads of laundry. 1. 7.25 2. 5.00 3. 4.00 That was just for the wash. I then paid 1. 3.00 2. 2.00 3. 2.50 For drying. Head to Laundry World in N. Attleboro. They have at least a restroom that isn't locked, and an attendant. Oh, yeah, also it costs about $25.00 to do 6 loads of laundry because the dryers are free. They have tvs, better vending, soaps on site. Also, they are more technology advanced(see my review... no quarters needed) and are not charging exuberant prices. It's also .95/lb for them to wash, dry, fold. Sorry, but this place is a total bust. read more

Easily the best choice around for laundromats. Lizzie's is bright, clean, and comfortable. There's a cozy sitting area up front and a private play area for kids in the back where they can't knock anything over or break anything. There's a variety of washers and a whole wall of dryers; I can't imagine ever having to wait in line for someone. In addition to doing it all yourself, Lizzie's offers a drop-off service and a free transfer service moving your laundry from the washer to the dryer for you. While you're waiting around, you can grab a bite to eat next door or across the street since Lizzie's is located near a ton of eateries. Bottom Line: If you're looking for a calm and comfortable laundromat, then you're looking for Lizzie's! read more

I was here today. Always use to come here but have been away for a long time. This place was clean at one time there was a Young Gentleman that was in charge in the past he was helpful and neat. Now there's and older women that's at the desk hair up in a ponytail. She has to be the rudest person in customer service. She has the desk surrounded with laundry in different states of completion or just coming in. There is unfolded laundry all over the desk. You can hardly walk in never mind to the machine. There are many machines out of service and it seems to be the way it is all the time. Will be looking for a new place if things do t change! read more

I came out to this laundromat because we are staying in Franklin for a few months for work and our hotel keeps ruining our laundry. They have the typical washers and dryers as well as high efficiency machines. There was an attendant there the entire time to help out and the place was spotless! In addition to being so clean, they have a children play area, you can drop off laundry for the attendant to do or even put your stuff in the wash and have the attendant put it in the dryer for you so you can just pick it up when its ready to fold. Never going there again! Four dryers were labeled in-operative, I had to switch dryers on three different loads to get them to dry and even at that I had to spend $15 on getting everything dry. The front loading washing machines don't work very well and don't dispense hot water leaving the clothes dirty. At $6.50 for a washing machine I would think that you would get hot water but I guess not. also the dryers are very old and if you're not careful and push the button every time you dispense a quarter it will not add the time to the dryer and on top of it there is one display for two dryers which is extremely confusing. Never seen anything like this before! By the way I had 4 loads of laundry in the front loading machines and even disbursed the heavy jeans which there was only six pairs and a different dryer so that they will dry faster. Again I'm never going there ever again. read more

Woman at the front desk is flat out rude. She went off on me about water dripping on the floor and I was very apologetic, said it was an accident and wiped it up and she continued to berate me about how discourtious it was. Im sorry am I at a laundromat or a 5 star hotel? I am a very easygoing person and would never want to inconvenience an employee but this was completely uncalled for. Will never come back. read more

This place is great. It's the best laundromat that I have ever had to use. They will put your laundry into the dryer when it's done washing if you need them to. They now have card readers so you can just swipe your credit or debit card on the washing machines. It eliminates the need to get and carry around a lot of change as well as the possibly that you might forget it and then need to go back out and get it. This place is clean, nice, and a pleasant place to go when you have to do your laundry. At some laundromats the people working there are just grumpy and unpleasant to deal with but the people here are nice and cordial. They make doing the laundry a little bit less of a chore. And the wash and fold service is a nice touch if you need it. read more

My husband travels for work, so we have been to laundromats all over the country. Lizzie's is BY FAR the best laundromat I have ever been to. It is very clean, the machines are excellent, the bathroom is clean and stocked, and the gentleman that works there was friendly, and helpful. Half the machines are always out of order; if you question it you get a rude response that customers contribute to the breakdowns. I have lost money here and never received a refund. There is a woman who works here that is outright rude; called the owner one day to complain about her and he basically allowed her to disrespect his customers. With a disposition like that, no wonder she works in a laundry mat. Why own a laundry mat if you are not going to keep it up and value your customers? I drive a distance to use a clean and decent laundry mat; my daughter left one day and went to the one up the street because it was filthy. I was seeking out a laundromat for a larger washer/dryer for sheets, towels, and blankets. Lizzie's is sparkling clean with state of the art machines. I was a bit tentative as it's been a LONG time since I've been to a laundromat. The attendants were so helpful, assisting me with choosing the right size machines and making sure I had everything I needed. The sitting area is so comfortable, it's super easy to grab a bite next door, walk across to CVS, or Tedeschi's while you're waiting, and they'll switch your stuff from washer to dryer for free. I would go back in a second. There is a small washing machine/dryer in my apartment building, but I would just as soon go here instead. read more

Very nice place. My dryer broke so I had to come to the laundromat. This place was not only clean but there was someone stationed at the front desk and he was extremely helpful! I'm here right now & used this place a couple of times. Every time i use it the washers they don't wash my clothes right. I only used this place like 5 times always went to the same place in Attleboro for 14 yrs. 1st no one here to help out on a problem & it's on Sunday morning at 730 am 10/7/12. 2nd the washing machines are set so low on the water setting there is little water coming to that washing machine to wash clothes. how do you wash clothes w/o water? I will never come to this place & I suggest the same for everyone. Till they get these problems fixed i would avoid it like herpes.... PS: someone just walked in at 8:06 am. I just asked the lady working here a question & she tweeked on me saying its 2 earlier in the morning for this stuff. HELLO you just got here & after 15 minutes you're outside smoking a butt. I own a washer and dryer but had to take a large comforter to get cleaned. Lizzie's Laundromat was very clean, had great machines and a nice attendant. Having a tv is a nice touch as well as the kids play area. There were two small vending machines that offered snacks at reasonable prices and comfortable seats to sit and wait.
